摘 要
随着越来越多的人才咨询公司进入长春，给长春市的中高端人才就业和企业的用
人渠道带来了机遇，同时，多家人才咨询公司的竞争也愈加激烈，长春市各人才咨询
公司不得不从人脉技能和发展战略的根本上进行改革，去抢占市场并壮大自身实力，
以扩大经营范围。但目前，各种企业战略发展的研究已经日趋成熟，但是针对猎头领
域的发展战略的具体研究还不多，对国内外一些猎头公司发展现状的介绍也较少、且
不够全面，猎头市场引入长春的滞后性使得长春猎头市场混乱的问题无法及时加以解
决，并成为制约猎头市场进一步发展的瓶颈之一。在这样的背景条件下，本文以长春
引卓人才咨询公司作为案例进行深入的研究，将理论与实际相结合，研究猎头公司在
发展中存在的相关问题，提出长春引卓人才咨询公司战略发展的构想，希望能对长春
市猎头市场的发展提供一点帮助。

本文在调查了当地本土猎头的具体情况，并对比国外大型猎头公司的运营情况，
结合企业战略管理理论，分析了引卓人才公司的内外环境，为其制定出合理的战略设
计方案奠定了基础。本文在分析猎头环境的基础上，结合战略管理理论，阐述了猎头
公司存在的必然性及其发展方向。使用 SWOT 分析方法，得出最适合引卓人才的多元
化战略和差异化战略，再对企业内部进行员工提升计划，最后得出最适合其自身发展
的方法。本文详细阐述了引卓人才公司的竞争优势和发展劣势，并为其发展提供了清
晰的思路。专业的猎头公司使得人才的价值得到充分的实现，从而帮助人才获得长远
的职业发展。本文系统的分析了国内猎头行业的发展现状及前景，对猎头行业更好的
发展有借鉴作用。
