本研究主要是从仓储管理系统化的角度提出了仓储管理的效率优化,并应用
工业工程的相关技术和方法进行问题诊断和改善方法的提出,同时运用了 5S 管
理来提高仓库管理的效率。
本文首先介绍了研究仓储管理的背景和意义,接着描述了国内外仓储管理的
发展及现状,指出了我国仓储业发展水平与国外的差距。然后简单介绍了仓储管
理和供应链管理的相关理论。最后本文以天津某仓储为例,对仓库的现状进行了
描述,并运用鱼骨刺图法对仓库进行了问题诊断,最后应用系统化的思想对仓库
的布局改善、货位优化、流程优化提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
Storage is a very important part in modern production enterprises. Especially as
the coming of supply chain management,storage management has become a core part
of supply chain management. Warehouse management includes product management
and stock management. Product management is mainly to manage the properties of
materials. Stock management is mainly warehouse planning, the layout of Cargo area,
the settings of storage location and optimization. Thus, the coordination of two
aspects of warehouse management is directly related to the level of storage efficiency,
and then affect the overall level of profitability. One of the main objectives of
warehouse management is that reduce storage costs effectively and improve
operational efficiency. The purpose of this study is that improve operational efficiency
and reduce storage warehouse operating costs through raising the level of storage
management.
This study is that from the standpoint of the systematic storage management
propose the efficiency optimization of storage management, through the application of
industrial engineering techniques and methods do the problem diagnosis and propose
the improving methods, while using the 5S management improve the efficiency of
warehouse management.
This paper introduces the research background and significance of warehouse
management, describe the development and current situation of warehouse
management at home and abroad,and point out the gap of the storage industry in
China and abroad that level of development of our warehousing and Foreign
Countries. It then introduces the theories of warehouse management and supply chain
management. Finally, an example of a warehouse in Tianjin, describe the status of the
warehouse, and using the fish bone diagram diagnose the warehouse, Last application
of systematic thinking propose the methods layout of the warehouse, cargo space
optimization, process optimization.
