本研究主要运用个案分析的方法，对华东的一个普通村落进行了
田野调查，力图以该村为线索，探讨电视普及前后，对乡村治理变迁
的影响。

本论文分为四部分，第一部分为导论。第二部分阐述电视下乡与
乡村治理的变迁，首先写电视对乡村治理内生基础的影响，从电视与
乡村社会空间、村庄伦理和舆论、农民的价值体系、农民的政治文化
四个方面来分析；其次写电视与乡村农民的政治行为。第三部分考察
国家和乡村社会关系变迁中的电视与乡村治理。最后，从促进乡村社
会的发展角度探讨了如何更好发挥电视作用力的问题，给出了现实的
对策分析。

Abstract
Television entering China rural society, had an important fact on rural
governance. This study intends to investigate the impact of TV on changes of
rural governance and the mechanisms of television on rural governance after
the TV entering the village,and tries to analysis the practical policies to perfect
the TV force.
The research mainly uses case analysis to do a field research in an ordinary
village which locates in the east of china, and it attempts to take the village for
clues to explore the TV’s impact on changes of the rural governance during the
course of Popularization of TV.
This thesis is divided into four parts, the first part is Introductory remarks.
The second part shows Television entering rural society and change of rural
governance,First,including the impact of TV to the rural governance’s inner
base from five aspects: the television and rural social space, ethics and public
opinion villages, farmers value system, the political culture of farmers, Second
including peasants and political behavior . The third part describes the TV and
rural governance in the change of country and rural society. Finally, from the
perspective of promoting the development of rural society to discuss how to
better perfect the TV forces ,it gives the analysis of the practical policies .
