Abstract
The epidemic of "black swan" in 2020 and Sino US trade friction have made the
operation of China's local auto parts enterprises "worse. LJ company is a traditional auto
parts enterprise. With the expansion of business scale and the increase of market
competition, the company's current human resource management system can no longer
meet the requirements of diversified and all-round support put forward by enterprise
development, forcing the company to standardize and optimize the whole human
resource management system to improve the company's soft power and core
competitiveness.
Combined with the principles and standards of quality management, this paper
collects and summarizes the practical problems of LJ company in human resource
management by means of questionnaire, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts
forward the recruitment and allocation of LJ company's employees, talent training and
development based on qms-dmaic mode after clarifying the core needs of enterprises
and employees for human resource management Human resources compensation and
welfare are the optimization schemes for the more prominent problems in the three
enterprise human resources management functions, and the corresponding optimization
guarantee measures are formulated. While proving the feasibility of using quality
management methods to optimize enterprise human resource management, improving
LJ company's management system and improving its market competitiveness, it also
provides enlightenment and reference for other enterprises in the industry to improve
their human resource management level.
