随着大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能、绿色节能和移动计算等新一轮科 技产业革命到来,集成电路产业迎来了新机遇。集成电路是集技术密集、资本密 集、人才密集的高新技术产业,企业需要通过招聘整合人才资源,推动企业发展。 通过对集成电路企业招聘存在问题深度探析,希望有助于丰富有关人才招聘的研 究,促进集成电路行业发展,提升区域经济的核心竞争力和综合实力,推动经济 可持续发展。 本文运用调查法、文献研究法、PEST模型法、定量分析法和定性分析法对 Z公司的宏观背景和招聘现状进行研究。发现Z公司在招聘存在的缺乏招聘规划、 缺乏精细化岗位内容分析、招聘信息不对称、缺乏有效的测评体系、企业文化宣 传不够等问题。结合素质测评理论、和企业文化凝聚原理等,分析Z公司人才招 聘存在的问题及产生原因。 运用文献研究法对业内的优秀做法进行整合,结合运用基本原理,针对Z 公司招聘存在的问题提出推进制定招聘规划工作、调剂招聘信息均衡、建立完善 的素质测评体系、推进企业文化的宣传。希望通过对Z公司人才招聘的存在问题 及对策研究分析,丰富集成电路行业关于人才招聘领域的研究内涵。 关键词:集成电路,人才招聘,测评体系,招聘规划 Abstract With the arrival of a new round of technological industry revolutions such as big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, green energy saving and mobile computing, the integrated circuit industry has ushered in new opportunities. Integrated circuits are high-tech industries that are technology-intensive, capital-intensive, and talent-intensive. Enterprises need to recruit and integrate human resources to promote their development. Through in-depth analysis of the problems in the recruitment of integrated circuit enterprises, I hope to help enrich the research on talent recruitment, promote the development of the integrated circuit industry, enhance the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the regional economy, and promote sustainable economic development. This article uses the survey method, literature research method, PEST model method, quantitative analysis method and qualitative analysis method to study the macro background and recruitment status of Z company. It was found that Z Company lacked recruitment planning, lack of detailed job content analysis, asymmetry of recruitment information, lack of effective evaluation system, and insufficient corporate culture publicity. Combining the quality assessment theory and the principle of corporate culture cohesion, etc., analyze the problems and causes of Z company's talent recruitment. Using literature research methods to integrate the best practices in the industry, combined with the use of basic principles, it proposes to promote the formulation of recruitment planning, adjust the recruitment information balance, establish a perfect quality evaluation system, and promote the promotion of corporate culture. It is hoped that through research and analysis of the problems and countermeasures of Z company's talent recruitment, it will enrich the research connotation of the integrated circuit industry in the field of talent recruitment.
