老挝人民民主共和国是指一个发展中的国家,近几年人口总计有6.961.210 个人,首都是万象,人口数量有850.000人。之所以在万象大部分人都使用私 家车,是因为老挝人认为如果他们有自己的车去哪里都很方便,可以随时想去哪 就去哪,不需要坐公交车要等好几站才能到达目的地,还有忙碌的大部分人认为 等公交车浪费时间,速度有点慢。因为乘坐出租车速度比较快但收费较高所以不 是很受乘客的欢迎。在今天的时代,智能手机已成为日常生活的一部分。当智能 技术被应用到解决乘车问题上,就可以通过应用程序调用附近车辆,以此来满足 乘客的乘车需求,而且符合新一代的生活需求,让人们感到方便舒适,有安全感, 还可以乘车后对体验感进行评价。在老挝没有像中国或者其他发展中的国家一样 方便的滴滴,优步打车等等叫车服务,如果是外地人过来的话唯一的方式,只能 是突突车。因此,本人就有想法把网约车平台放到老挝去运营,我是通过市场调 查来收集信息,才发现在老挝市场没有网约车,都是出租车,私家车以及传统的 公交车。 因为2019年1月25日是“中国—老挝旅游节”,所以我所写的创业计划书 希望能真正提高老挝的经济收入,改善在老挝人民的出行方式,提升老挝人民生 活幸福感。本人认为这个公司会在老挝具有发展前途。万象吉祥打车公司是为了 作为中间媒介把客户和司机联系起来,通过网约车平台进行预约乘车,而且网约 车是通过手机终端来进行的,可以简单理解的是在吉祥打车这里面有多位司机和 客户群。客户原来想预约车但是无法定位车辆地址,司机也开个车但是找不到客 户的定位。通过手机终端,客户给这个平台上发布信息,平台负责匹配客户附近 的司机,通过吉祥打车平台上面的定位系统更好地服务于客户,节约客户和司机 之间的时间。 目前,万象吉祥打车公司会拥有手机支付与现金支付两大功能,乘客乘坐万 象吉祥打车到达目的地在支付车费时可以选择个人支付方式,从手机支付并切换 至现金支付,然后用现金结算即可。融资方面是需准备投入资本100万美元,目 前我与我合伙人只能出30万美元,要吸引别人投70万美元来投资。这30万美 河南财经政法大学硕士学位论文 II 元我要占70%的股份。刚好相反别人给我70万美元我让他占30%的股份,大概 在未来的5年会盈利的。 关键词:老挝;打车公司;网约车;融资 III Abstract TheLaoPeople'sDemocraticRepublicreferstoadevelopingcountrywitha populationof6,961,210inrecentyears.VientianeiscapitalandlargestcityofLaos,it hasapoputionaof850,000.InVientiane,MostpeopleuseprivatecarsbecauseLao peoplethinkthatiftheyhavetheirowncar,ithelpthembeconvenientandtogo wherevertheywant.It’snotlikewaitingforabusorabuscanonlyreachthe destination,andthepublictransportationservicedoesnotsuitforrushhoursbecause itisquietslow.Forinstance,thetaxiisactuallyfaster,butthechargesurpassesthe actualcharge,thatwhyitisnotpopular.Nowaday,smartphonehasbecomethepartof dailylife.Tecchnologyisinvolvesinpublictransportationservice,carservicescanbe calledthroughtheapplication,itcansupplytothepassenger’needincludinganew generation’sneed.Itprovidescomfortable,convienientandsafelife,thatbe worthwhileafterutilization.InLaos,althoughthereisnosuchasDidi,Ubertaxiand othertaxiservicesapplicationasconvenientasChinaorotherdevelopingcountries,if theoutsiderscomeover,theonlywayistorushcars.Therefore,Ihavetheideatoput theonlinecarrentalplatformtooperateinLaos.Icollectedinformationthrough marketresearchandfoundthattherearenoonlinecarrentalintheLaomarket.Allof themaretraditionaltranspotationservice. OnJanuary25,2019,Laogovernmenthaspromotedtheyearoftourismbetween ChinaandLaos.Asaresult,Iwrotethebusinessplantoinitiatethebusinessascar transportationservicethroughonlineapplicationinLaos.Thiswillcontributeto increasemycountry’spublicincomeandtransportationservicewhenitcanstartthis businessinLaos.VientianeProsperousTaxiCompanyisthecenterallinkbetweenthe customersanddriverstomakeanappointmentontheonlinetaxiplatform,andthe onlinetaxiiscarriedoutthroughamobilephoneapplication,itcanbeclearly understoodthatcustomerscanfinddriversanddriverscanreachcustomeseasily throughthisapplication.ThatmeansTheplatformwillhelpthecustomertoknowthat thedriveristheclosesttoyouandthatcarservicewon’tbeemptywhenfinding customers. IV Atpresent,theVientianeLuckyTaxiCompanywillhaveonlineandcash paymentfunctions.PassengerswhoarriveattheirdestinationbytakingtheVientiane LuckyTaxicanchoosepersonalpaymentandswitchtocashpaymentwhenpaying thefare,andthensettlewithcash.Regardingthefinancing,preparingtoregister requiresaninvestmentof1millionUSdollas.Atpresent,Iandmypartnerhaveonly 300,000USdollarsasthebudgetforinvesting,andwemustattractotherstoinvest 700,000USdollars.theportionofsharesthatIneedinvestingisabout70%oftotal sharesinamountof300,000USdollars,whileIwillfindanotherpartnertoprovdie meabout700,000USdollarsandIlethimtake30%oftheshares.Inthisconcept,I amconfidentthatIcanearnprofitfromitwithin5yearsinthefuture.
