建筑工程质量直接关系着用户的生命财产安全,作为第三方的建筑工程质量检测公 司是否具备出具科学、合理、准确的检测结果的能力和素质是十分重要的,政府基础设 施投资和社会房地产投资已经放缓,然而,据统计结果显示建筑工程质量检测公司的数 量在我国却不减反多,这无疑使得工程质量检测公司的生存和发展变得更加有难度。因 此本文就工程质量检测公司的发展战略问题进行研究。 本文对国内外相关理论文献和研究成果进行了梳理和总结,综合运用抽象与概括, 归纳与演绎,分析与综合等方法,对所收集和掌握的相关理论数据进行深入分析研究, 运用管理学知识并结合PEST、SWOT和波特五力模型从宏观环境、行业竞争环境和内部 环境三个方面分析探讨了该公司目前的行业发展环境,分析了该公司的现状和基本情况, 总结了MJ工程质量检测公司存在的问题和不足,从公司战略制定的目标和原则出发, 讨论了具体战略规划的内容,确定了公司发展的思路;阐述了MJ工程质量检测公司在 战略发展中的调整及其战略实施的原则和目标,指出公司战略发展的方向;并从企业文 化建设和组织体系实施等方面提出MJ工程质量检测公司的战略的具体建议和措施,为 MJ工程质量检测公司的规范发展和创新提供了理论依据。 关键词:质量检测企业;战略环境分析;发展战略 哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The quality problem of construction engineering is directly related to the safety of life and property of users. It is very important for a third-party construction engineering quality inspection company to have the ability and quality to produce scientific, reasonable and accurate test results. Government infrastructure investment and social real estate investment have slowed down. However, according to the statistical results, the number of construction quality inspection companies in China has not decreased, which undoubtedly makes the survival and development of construction quality inspection companies more difficult. Therefore, this paper studies the development strategy of engineering quality inspection companies. This paper combs and summarizes relevant theoretical literatures and research results at home and abroad, comprehensively uses abstraction and generalization, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, and conducts in-depth analysis and research on relevant theoretical data collected and mastered, using management knowledge. Combined with PEST, SWOT and Porter's five-force model, the company's current industry development environment is analyzed from three aspects: macro environment, industry competition environment and internal environment. The current situation and basic situation of the company are analyzed, and the quality of MJ project is summarized. Investigate the problems and shortcomings of the company, proceed from the goals and principles of the company's strategy formulation, discuss the content of the specific strategic planning, determine the development of the company; explain the adjustment of the MJ engineering quality testing company in the strategic development and its strategic implementation The principles and objectives of the company pointed out the direction of the company's strategic development; and proposed the specific recommendations and measures of the MJ engineering quality inspection company's strategy from the aspects of corporate culture construction and organizational system implementation, which provided the standard development and innovation of MJ engineering quality inspection company. The shortcoming of this paper is that it has less research on other companies in the same industry in China, and will further improve the universality of research results in future research.
