国内交通基础设施建设规模不断增长，对工程物流产生了旺盛的需求。 然而，工程物流企业对资金、经验、渠道等投入驱动的传统业务模式依赖 性强，随着规模经济效益不再明显，企业持续性盈利能力较弱，收入增速 放缓。工程物流企业所面临的行业竞争越来越激烈，物流服务难以满足客 户需求，而供应链管理作为提高企业创新管理能力的新模式越来越受到企 业的重视和应用。 三茂公司作为工程物流行业的一员，随着公司业务规模不断扩大，工 程物流行业竞争日趋激烈，原有的管理模式已经难以适应快速变化的市场 环境，亟需对管理模式进行改进和革新。本文以三茂公司为例对工程物流 企业的供应链管理体系建设进行研究，第一章详细阐述了研究的背景、意 义和目的；第二章介绍了供应链管理的相关文献和理论；第三章总结三茂 公司工程物流供应链管理的现状及问题；第四章研究国内外企业工程物流 运作案例；第五章阐述了三茂公司工程物流供应链管理的优化方案；第六 章阐述了三茂公司工程物流供应链管理的保障措施；第七章是总结与展望。 本文基于供应链管理理论、价值链理论等理论，运用文献分析法、调 查研究法和案例分析法，研究三茂公司工程物流现状、存在问题，并借鉴 行业内成功企业的工程物流运作的实践经验，提出了三茂公司工程物流供 应链管理的实施方案以及措施。以期对三茂公司的工程物流供应链管理提 供可参考的实施建议。 关键词：三茂公司 工程物流 供应链 管理模式 II RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF ENGINEERING LOGISTICS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF SANMAO COMPANY ABSTRACT The construction scale of domestic transportation infrastructure is increasing constantly, which has created a strong demand for engineering logistics. However, engineering logistics enterprises have a strong dependence on the traditional business model driven by capital, experience, channels and other inputs. As the benefits of economies of scale are no longer obvious, the sustainable profitability of enterprises is weak and the revenue growth slows down. Engineering logistics enterprises are facing more and more fierce industry competition, logistics service is difficult to meet customer demand, and supply chain management as a new model to improve the ability of enterprise innovation management more and more attention and application by enterprises. SanMao Company as a member of the engineering logistics industry, with the continuous expansion of the company's business scale, the engineering logistics industry competition is increasingly fierce, the original management model has been difficult to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment, the need to improve and innovate the management model. This paper takes SanMao Company as an example to study the construction of supply chain management system in engineering logistics enterprises. Chapter one elaborates the background, significance and purpose of the study. The second chapter introduces the literature and theory of supply chain management. Chapter three summarizes the current situation and problems of supply chain management of engineering logistics in SanMao Company. Chapter four studies the operation cases of domestic and foreign enterprises in engineering logistics. The fifth III chapter expounds the optimization scheme of supply chain management of engineering logistics of SanMao Company. Chapter six expounds the guarantee measures of supply chain management of engineering logistics of SanMao Company. The seventh chapter is the summary and prospect. Based on the theory of supply chain management theory, value chain theory, using literature analysis, investigation method and case analysis, research SanMao Company project logistics present situation, problems, and use within the industry successful enterprise logistics operation of engineering practice experience, proposed SanMao company project implementation plan and measures of logistics supply chain management.
