I KG供电局企业价值观管理研究 摘要 经济社会不断发展变化,企业价值观管理越来越多受到市场中各类型企业 的关注,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去,不能没有灵魂。加强企业价值 观管理,是企业管理中的重要组成部分,对推动企业发展和战略落地有着至关 重要的作用。近年来,西方发达国家的知名企业和国内一些处于领先地位的民 营企业通过逐步推动企业价值观管理管理体系建设,取得了显著的效果。我国 的国有企业正在全力建设和发展现代企业制度,在许多方面都已经日渐成熟, 但企业价值观管理尚处于起步探索的阶段。 本文通过采用文献分析、问卷调查、现场访谈和现场观察相结合的方法对 KG供电局企业价值观管理工作的现状进行调查分析,找出了以KG供电局为代 表的的地市级电网企业在企业价值观管理工作中存在的问题并进行原因分析。 在调查研究和实证分析的过程中,本论文从KG供电局不同专业、不同层级开展 企业价值观识别、理解、行为转化等多维度问卷调查,共收回有效问卷879份, 根据调查结果进行数据分析,查找现状中存在问题。与此同时,通过运用一对 一、一对多的深度访谈,从员工描述的具体事件、诉说的主观情感中,发现背 后的思维逻辑、工作方式和问价值观诉求。据此分析判断,员工现有的工作状 态与企业价值观的匹配度,抽取了KG供电局范围内10家基层单位,涵盖多部 门、多专业、多岗位员工。 电网企业的垄断特性一定程度上被打破,对电网企业的发展方向、管理机 制、文化导向、员工队伍等都产生了很大影响。从企业自身的内部环境来看, 工作量不断加大、收入水平增长缓慢等现实问题,使企业员工对企业的认同、 对工作的热情、对未来的期盼等方面都有一定程度地减弱。如何通过企业价值 观管理提升员工的归属感,提高凝聚力,激励员工持续奋斗,从而推动各项生 产经营任务顺利实现,是以KG供电局为代表的地市级电网企业亟需解决的问 题。 中文摘要 II 通过研究企业价值观管理的理论成果,结合研究对象的实际情况,针对KG 供电局提出了优化改进企业价值观管理的改进建议,明晰了建设思路、方向和 内容,改进建议中设计创建了“四个管理系统”,提出了运用“四入转化方法”, 明确了充分发挥“四种角色作用”,并围绕这个基本思路给出了具体办法及措 施。希望借此帮助KG供电局增强企业价值观落地管理实效,从而推动和促进企 业整体实力地提升。 关键词:企业价值观管理;电网企业;核心价值观;一般价值观;改进建议 Abstract III Research on enterprise value management of KG power supply bureau Abstract With the continuous development and change of economy and society, enterprise value management has attracted more and more attention from various types of enterprises in the market. If an enterprise wants to survive in the fierce market competition, it cannot live without its soul. To strengthen enterprise value management and make it an important part of enterprise management plays a vital role in promoting enterprise development and strategy landing. In recent years, well-known enterprises in western developed countries and some leading private enterprises in China have achieved remarkable results by gradually promoting the construction of enterprise value management system. China's state-owned enterprises are trying their best to build and develop the modern enterprise system, which has become increasingly mature in many aspects, but enterprise value management is still in the initial stage of exploration. Through the method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, field interview and field observation, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of enterprise value management of KG Power Supply Bureau, finds out the problems existing in enterprise value management of prefecture-level power grid enterprises represented by KG Power Supply Bureau, and analyzes the reasons. In the process of investigation and empirical analysis, this paper carried out multi-dimensional questionnaire survey from different majors and different levels of KG Power Supply Bureau, such as corporate value identification, understanding and behavior transformation. A total of 879 valid questionnaires were collected. Data analysis was conducted according to the survey results to find the existing problems in the current situation. At the same time, through the use of one-to-one, one-to-many in-depth interviews, from the specific events described by the employees, the subjective Abstract IV feelings expressed, to find out the thinking logic, work style and values behind the appeal. Based on the analysis and judgment, the matching degree between the existing working state of employees and the enterprise values was selected from 10 grass-roots units within the scope of KG Power Supply Bureau, covering multi-department, multi-professional and multi-post employees. The monopoly of power grid enterprises has been broken to some extent, which has a great impact on the development direction, management mechanism, cultural orientation and employee team of power grid enterprises. From the perspective of the internal environment of the enterprise itself, the increasing workload, slow growth of income level and other practical problems have weakened employees' identification with the enterprise, enthusiasm for work, expectations for the future and other aspects to a certain extent. How to enhance employees' sense of belonging, enhance cohesion and motivate them to strive continuously through enterprise value management, so as to promote the smooth realization of various production and operation tasks, is an urgent problem to be solved by municipal power grid enterprises represented by KG Power Supply Bureau. By studying the theoretical results of enterprise value management, combined with the actual situation of the research object, aiming at kg Power Supply Bureau, this paper puts forward improvement suggestions for optimizing and improving enterprise value management, clarifies the construction ideas, directions and contents, designs and creates "four management systems" in the improvement suggestions, puts forward the application of "four in transformation method", and makes it clear that the "four roles" can be brought into full play ”And around this basic idea, specific methods and measures are given.
