从国内外现代经济发展趋势来看,健康服务业在国家经济体系中的地位越来 越重要。中国自 2016 提出《“健康中国 2030”规划纲要》,健康服务业作为这一国 家战略的重要组成部分,也是健康服务行业面临的重要任务。将如何发展健康服务、 建立怎样的服务模式问题,是大健康企业转型升级需要面对的现实问题。 TSL 集团起身发展是一家医药企业,成立于 1994 年,是最早提出大健康理念 和布局大健康产业的战略,其健康服务业务也有一定规模和特色,基于现有的理论 基础,借鉴国内外研究结果,结合 TSL 集团在健康服务模式上的演变,以 TSL 集 团为现实案例,用访谈调查法、文献研究法及通过对企业转型前后的比较分析法, 进而探讨大健康服务模式的特点和存在的问题,对未来发展趋势选择设计更完善 的建议,对现今相关大健康企业发展服务模式的建立具有借鉴意义。 关键词:健康 大健康 健康服务 TSLII Abstract From the trend of modern economic development at home and abroad, the health service industryis playing an increasinglyimportant role in the national economic system. China proposed “ ‘Healthy China 2030’Planning Outline” in 2016. The health service is an important part of national strategy. It is also an important mission the health service industry is facing. The Great Health enterprises face real problems when experiencing transforming and upgrading, which are how to develop health service and which kind of service model to establish. TSL Group was founded in 1994 and was a pharmaceutical company at the beginning. It firstly put forward Great Health concept and Great Health strategy. Its heath service has a certain scale and characteristics. Take TSL Group as a realistic case, base on the existing theoretical foundation, learn the research results from home and abroad, combine the evolution of health service model of TSL Group. Use the interview investigation method, literature research method, and comparative analysis method beforeandafterthetransformationofenterprise,to discussthecharacteristicsandexisting problems of Great Health service model, and to choose better suggestions for future development trends. It is of reference significance for the establishment of the development service model of relevant large healthy enterprises.
