在“大众创业、万众创新”的号召下,我国创业企业如雨后春笋般涌现,社会的焦 点话题一度被创业所占据,新创企业逐渐成为社会经济发展的主要力量。创业者面对复 杂多变的创业环境,如何对机会进行识别与开发成为创业者创业过程中必须要研究的内 容之一。本文以DM公司创业机会识别与开发过程为案例,为创业管理的研究提供实证 依据,对我国企业的机会识别与开发过程有一定的理论支撑作用和现实意义。 本文采用案例研究的方法,案例部分记录了DM公司在初创期、成长期与转型期中 遇到的各种创业机会,描述了DM公司在初创期面对可能的创业机会如何进行识别并获 取相应的资源来进行开发;在成长期如何通过对机会的进一步开发使企业突破瓶颈,保 持竞争优势,进而实现企业持续发展。案例分析部分通过分析其创业初期内外部的环境、 资源、机会与挑战,利用蒂蒙斯(Timmons)创业模型、创业机会识别与开发过程模型 以及其他相关创业理论,分析DM公司创业过程中的创业机会相关问题与识别开发过 程。论文的最后,为已进入转型期的DM公司在机会识别与开发过程上提供管理建议, 为其他创业企业提供有价值的借鉴。 本文通过案例分析法、文献分析法、学习借鉴法、访谈法等方法获取基础资料,资 料较为丰富,对案例进行了详实的描述,同时结合相关理论对案例进行了必要分析。一 方面,DM公司的创业机会识别与开发经验有助于我国其他创业企业相借鉴;另一方面, 案例素材可为创业管理学提供数据支持。 关键词:创业企业;机会识别;机会开发;现场娱乐票务行业 DM公司创业机会识别与开发案例研究 -II- CasestudyonDMcompany'sentrepreneurialopportunity identificationanddevelopment Abstract Underthecallof"massentrepreneurshipandinnovation",thesocialfocustopicwas onceoccupiedbyentrepreneurship,andstart-upsgraduallybecamethemainforceofsocial andeconomicdevelopment.Inthefaceofthecomplexandchangeableentrepreneurial environment,howtoidentifyandexploitopportunitiesbecomesoneofthecontentsthat entrepreneursmuststudy.ThispapertakesDMcompany'sentrepreneurialopportunity identificationanddevelopmentprocessasacasetoprovideempiricalbasisforentrepreneurial managementresearch,whichhascertainpracticalsignificanceforChineseenterprises' opportunityidentificationanddevelopmentprocess. Inthispaper,thecasestudymethodisadoptedtodescribetheentrepreneurial opportunitiesofDMcompanyintheinitialstage,growthstageandtransitionperiod.It describeshowDMcompanycanidentifythestartupopportunitiesintheinitialstageand acquirethecorrespondingresourcesfordevelopment.Howtobreakthroughthebottleneck andrealizethesustainabledevelopmentoftheenterprisethroughthefurtherdevelopmentof opportunitiesinthegrowthperiodInthecaseanalysispart,byanalyzingtheenvironment, resourcesandopportunitiesintheearlystageofentrepreneurshipandusingthe entrepreneurshiptheoriessuchasTimmonsentrepreneurshipmodelandopportunity identificationanddevelopmentprocessmodel,thepaperanalyzestheopportunity identificationanddevelopmentprocessofDMcompanies.Attheendofthepaper,itprovides theopportunityforDMcompaniesintransitiontoidentifyanddeveloprelatedmanagement Suggestions,andprovidesvaluablereferenceforotherstartups. Thispaperobtainedbasicdatathroughcaseanalysis,literatureanalysis,interviewand othermethods,describedthecaseindetail,andanalyzedthecasebasedonrelevant theories.Ontheonehand,DMcompany'sentrepreneurialopportunityidentificationand developmentexperiencecanprovidereferenceforotherChineseentrepreneurialenterprises; Ontheotherhand,casematerialscanprovidefodderforentrepreneurialmanagement.
