得益于信息技术的日益发展,互联网技术在支付结算和融资 领域取得了越来越多的应用,支付宝、微信等互联网金融的应用 已经深入到人们的日常生活之中,形成了广泛的客户群体。互联 网金融具有成本低、渠道多样化的优势,能够实现金融产品的不 断创新,对传统的银行网点产生了强烈的冲击和影响。加上国内 金融改革不断深化,利率市场化逐渐推进,银行存贷利差进一步 缩小,银行同业间竞争不断加剧,如何在互联网金融时代进行银 行网点转型发展,是各银行金融机构面临的严峻课题。 伴随着互联网金融带来的强烈冲击以及客户日益增长的金融 需求,农行A支行现有的传统业务经营模式已经不能满足时代发 展的需要。基于行业转型的压力和内部的发展需求,A支行进行 网点转型势在必行。 本文将管理学的相关理论与A支行网点转型相结合。通过分 析A支行经营存在的问题,提出了互联网金融时代,A支行网点 转型方案。本文分析了A支行经营中现状,运用SWOT分析工具 分析A支行发展态势,提出A支行网点在在网点定位、网点布局、 网点功能、业务流程、人力资源配置五方面存在的问题。A支行 II 网点转型从基础建设、业务提升和转型战略三个层面逐层开展, 涉及网点定位、网点功能、业务流程、营销策略、人力资源管理 等方面。最后,农行A支行通过提升客户服务水平、实现线上线 下联动特色化服务、加强网点绩效管理、推进信息化建设以及推 进服务和产品创新等措施,保障网点转型方案的顺利实施,以发 挥自身优势,提升网点核心竞争力,实现经营效益的提升。 本研究完备了银行网点转型发展的理论研究,对其他银行网 点转型有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。 关键词:互联网金融;银行网点;转型发展 III Researchonthetransformationand developmentofAsub-branchofagricultural bankintheeraofInternetfinance Abstract.:Internettechnologyhasbeenappliedmoreandmoreinthe fieldsofpayment,settlementandfinancing.TheapplicationofInternetfinance, suchasAlipayandWeChat,haspenetratedintopeople'sdailylife,forminga widerangeofcustomergroups.Internetfinancehastheadvantagesoflowcost anddiversifiedchannels.Itcanrealizethecontinuousinnovationoffinancial productsandhasastrongimpactonthetraditionalbankingoutlets.Inaddition, withthedeepeningofdomesticfinancialreform,thegradualpromotionof interestratemercerization,thefurthernarrowingofthespreadbetweendeposits andloans,andtheincreasingcompetitionamongbanks,Howtocarryoutthe transformationanddevelopmentofbankingoutletsintheeraofInternetfinance isaseriousproblemfacedbyallbankingandfinancialinstitutions. WiththestrongimpactofInternetFinanceandthegrowingfinancialneeds ofcustomers,theexistingtraditionalbusinessoperationmodeofAbranchcan nolongermeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofthetimes.Basedonthepressure ofindustrytransformationandinternaldevelopmentneeds,itisimperativefor Abranchtocarryoutnetworktransformation. Thispapercombinesthetheoryofmanagementwiththetransformationof theAbranch.Basedontheanalysisoftheproblemsexistingintheoperationof Asubbranch,thispaperputsforwardthetransformationplanofAsubbranch networkintheeraofInternetfinance.Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituation ofAsubbranchoperation,analyzesthedevelopmenttrendofAsubbranchby usingSWOTanalysistools,andputsforwardtheproblemsofAsubbranch networkinfiveaspects:networklocation,networklayout,networkfunction, businessprocessandhumanresourceallocation.Asubbranchnetwork IV transformationiscarriedoutfromthreeaspectsofinfrastructureconstruction, businesspromotionandtransformationstrategy,itinvolvesnetworklocation, networkfunction,businessprocess,marketingstrategy,humanresource management,etc.Finally,Asubbranchensuresthesmoothimplementationof thenetworktransformationplanbyimprovingcustomerservicelevel,realizing onlineandofflinelinkagecharacteristicservice,strengtheningnetwork performancemanagement,promotinginformationconstruction,andpromoting serviceandproductinnovation,soastogivefullplaytoitsownadvantages, enhancethecorecompetitivenessofthenetworkandrealizetheimprovement ofbusinessefficiency. Thisstudycompletesthetheoreticalresearchonthetransformationand developmentofbankoutlets,andhascertainreferencevalueandreference significanceforotherbankoutletstransformation.
