21世纪是中国互联网金融迅速发展的黄金时期,为中小股份制商业银行数字化转 型带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战,为了应对互联网企业带来的挑战,抓住大数据、云 计算、人工智能等数字化变革带来的机遇,商业银行应该制定数字化转型创新发展战略, 在互联网金融迅速发展的黄金时期完成自身的体制变革,赢得信息化数字化方面的竞争 优势,用创新赢得市场。但是在理论方面,国内关于商业银行数字化转型的金融创新理 论体系尚不成熟,大都是基于产品和业务谈互联网应用创新,没有较清晰和完善的金融 创新理论的框架梳理。在实践方面,国内商业银行关于金融创新的实践各成一家,欠缺 对金融创新实践经验的总结和整理。只有对理论进行回顾和对实践经验进行思考和分析, 才能为H银行等中小股份制商业银行提供更加行之有效和更长远的创新发展的建议。 本文选取H银行G分行为研究对象,首先对国内外的金融创新理论文献进行梳理, 进而为H银行G分行的金融创新提供理论支持,接下来对H银行G分行内部情况进行 详细介绍分析,对其目前发展的优势和劣势进行客观思考,再运用PEST方法和波特五 力分析模型对H银行G分行的宏观环境和外部行业环境进行机遇和挑战分析。再根据 SWOT矩阵分析其应该走扭转型战略,并得出建议,H银行G分行应该选择以数字化 转型为金融创新为发展的大方向,在战略上要建设一个智慧数字化金融机构;战术上, 在创新路径选择方面,要树立以客户为中心的服务思想,服务小微客户,坚持惠普金融; 在利用信息技术层面,使用大数据、云计算和人工智能等金融科技手段更全面地挖掘客 户需求和客户判定,在管理方面,与互联网公司合作优势互补,完善内控合规制度,完 善人才引进培养方案,优化组织架构调整。 关键词:商业银行;创新;数字化转型;体制变革 II RESEARCH ON THE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF G BRANCH OF H BANK ABSTRACT The 21st century is a golden period for the rapid development of Internet finance in China. For small and medium-sized joint-stock commercial bank has brought the opportunity and also poses a challenge, in response to the challenges of Internet companies, to big data, cloud computing, etc. The opportunities brought by information technology, commercial Banks should come up with a strategy of innovation and development in financial golden era of the rapid development of the Internet to establish its own unique competitive advantage, win the market with innovation. However, in terms of theory, the domestic theoretical system of financial innovation of commercial Banks is not yet mature, and there is no clear and perfect framework of financial innovation theory. In terms of practice, domestic commercial Banks have different practices on financial innovation, and lack of summarizing and sorting out the practical experience of financial innovation. Only by reviewing the theory and analyzing the practical experience can we provide more effective and long-term Suggestions for the innovative development of small joint-stock commercial Banks such as huaxia bank. The research ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly, the domestic and foreign financial innovation theories are sorted out. Then provide theoretical support for the financial innovation of nanning branch of huaxia bank. Next, analyze the industry environment of nanning branch of huaxia bank with PEST method, and objectively reflect the opportunities and challenges faced by huaxia bank and its own advantages and disadvantages with SWOT method. According to various analyses, Suggestions are drawn that nanning branch of huaxia bank should take financial innovation as the general direction of development and strategically build an intelligent digital financial institution. Tactically, in terms of innovative products and innovative services, we should set up customer-centric service ideas, such as serving small and micro customers, adhere to HP finance; At the level of information technology, we use financial technologies such as big data, cloud computing and block chain to more comprehensively explore customer needs. In terms of management, we cooperate with Internet companies to complement each other, improve internal control compliance system, improve talent introduction and training, and optimize organizational structure adjustment.
