I 摘要 新经济是新时代引领经济发展的新动力,企业作为发展新经济培育新动能的 市场主体,其成长问题是研究新经济企业的关键,成长性评价则是研究成长问题的 核心关键。企业成长性关系到新经济企业的生死存亡,也是政府和市场投资机构关 注的重点。新经济企业成长状况,从某种程度上反映了地区经济转型的快慢和经济 增长潜力的大小,更是决定了城市竞争能级的高低。因此,新经济企业的成长性评 价研究有着重要的理论及现实意义。 本文基于 Penrose 企业成长理论,具体分析了影响新经济企业成长的内部因素 和外部因素。研究主要从内外两个方面构建评价指标体系对新经济企业成长进行 评价,其中内部因素侧重微观评价指标,外部因素侧重宏观环境评价指标。在此基 础上,以 C 市新经济企业为样本,通过构建新经济企业成长性评价模型,选用主 成分分析法,通过对 13 个指标旋转分析得出了管理资源、特定资源、学习能力和 产业环境 4 个主成分对新经济企业成长性进行量化评价。在此基础上,根据实证 结果将企业成长划分了 5 种新经济企业成长类型,分析了成长类型的特点和适用 性,并提出 C 市新经济企业培育成长的建议。 关键词:新经济企业,企业成长理论,主成分分析法,成长因素ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The new economy is the new driving force that leads the economic development in the new era.As a market entitythat develops the new economyand cultivates new kinetic energy, the growth of enterprises is the keyto the study of new economic enterprises, and the evaluation of growth is the core key to the study of growth. The growth of enterprises is related to the survival of new economy enterprises, and is also the focus of government and market investment institutions. The growth of new-economy enterprises reflects to some extent the speed of regional economic transformation and economic growth potential, and it also determines the level of urban competition. Therefore, the research on the growth evaluation of new economy enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on Penrose's theory of enterprise growth, this article specifically analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the growth of new economic enterprises. The research mainly evaluates the growth of new economy enterprises from two aspects, internal and external, in which the selection of internal factors focuses on micro evaluation indicators, and the selection of external factors focuses on macro environmental evaluation indicators. On this basis, taking the new economy enterprises incityC as asample,byconstructinganeweconomyenterprise growth evaluationmodel, and selecting the principal component analysis method, scientifically evaluate the growth of new economy enterprises. Based on the empirical results, this article mainly comprehensively evaluates the growth of new economy enterprises from 13 indicators and 4 aspects. Through the specificanalysisand evaluationofthemanagementresources,specificresources,learning abilityand industrial environment of the new economy enterprises, the study divided five new economic enterprise growth types, analyzed the characteristics and applicability of the growth types, and proposed the new economy in City C Suggestions for business growth.
