I 摘要 以往的企业成本管理，主要在于通过资金管控，实现企业整体资金流的支出压缩， 进而达到成本管控的目标。随着现代企业管理理念的不断应用和发展，现代成本管理 思想也在企业管理中得到广泛应用，而且受到企业管理者的高度重视。同时，现代项 目管理思想也逐渐应用到了企业项目成本管控中，在很大程度上实现了项目成本及费 用的整体管控。 本文以A公司为例，对其摩擦焊项目的成本管理问题进行研究。首先，在对国内 外学者研究成果进行概述的基础上，对项目成本管理、挣值法、模糊挣值法以及引进 质量因素的挣值法进行了阐述。在此基础上，对A公司机床摩擦焊项目进行了概述， 从设计阶段、采购阶段以及生产阶段分析了摩擦焊项目的主要成本，并从这三个方面 指出了摩擦焊项目成本管理存在的问题。同时，也对摩擦焊项目质量因素对成本的影 响进行了分析。其次，对A公司机床摩擦焊项目的成本进行模糊挣值分析，包括项目 成本预算、成本模糊挣值分析以及指标偏差对比分析。在此基础上，设计A公司机床 摩擦焊项目成本管理优化方案，包括项目成本管理的原则，项目准备过程的成本管理、 项目进行过程的成本管理以及项目完工过程的成本管理。最后，提出A公司机床摩 擦焊项目成本管理的保障措施，包括牢固树立成本意识，完善项目组织结构，加强项 目组内信息交流。 关键词：机床摩擦焊 成本管理 模糊挣值法 Abstract II Abstract In the past, enterprise cost management is mainly to achieve the expenditure compression of enterprise's overall capital flow through capital control, so as to achieve the goal of cost control. With the continuous application and development of modern enterprise management ideas, modern cost management ideas are widely used in enterprise management, and are highly valued by enterprise managers. At the same time, modern project management ideas are gradually applied to the enterprise project cost control, to a large extent, to achieve the overall control of project costs and expenses. Taking A Company as an example, this paper studies the cost management of its friction welding project. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper expounds the project cost management, earned value method, fuzzy earned value method and earned value method of introducing quality factors. On this basis, this paper summarizes the friction welding project of A Company, analyzes the main cost of friction welding project from the design stage, procurement stage and production stage, and points out the problems existing in the cost management of friction welding project from these three aspects. At the same time, the influence of quality factors on the cost of friction welding project is also analyzed. Secondly, the cost of friction welding project of A Company is analyzed by fuzzy earned value analysis, including project cost budget, cost fuzzy earned value analysis and comparative analysis of index deviation. On this basis, design A friction welding project cost management optimization scheme, including the principle of project cost management, project preparation process cost management, project process cost management and project completion process cost management. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the cost management of A Company's machine tool friction welding project, including firmly establishing the cost awareness, improving the project organization structure, and strengthening the information exchange within the project team.
