随着石油产业国际竞争日趋激烈,产品以及服务渠道的低成本化和高效化 日益演变为成品油管道企业生存及发展的必要因素。中石化销售华南公司是一 家成品油管道企业,承担着华南片区的成品油管道运输任务;由于珠三角地区 不同城市的市场需求存在显著差异,用一条管道输送95#汽油、92#汽油、0#柴 油三种油品,输送过程中需要不断进行油品切换,切换节奏及次数的不合理设 计致使混油处理费用居高不下,从而导致运输成本一直居高不下,严重限制公 司市场竞争力的提升。本文分析表明,中石化销售华南公司珠三角管道运输长 期未进行优化,因个别城市市场需求量少导致总体运输批次量少;不同城市对 95#汽油市场需求差异较大,导致95#汽油可周转库容不能充分利用;未能做到 流量平衡和均匀分输,导致无法根据市场需求合理分配油品;最大输油周期时 间短,导致管道成品油运输批次多、混油处理损失费用较高及成本浪费严重等 一系列问题。如何对管道成品油运输进行优化,在满足市场需求的前提下控制 运输批次、减小混油处理损失费用,对于公司成品油管道运输的低成本化和高 效化具有重要意义。 论文运用数学规划模型进行优化建模及求解。首先,将珠三角管道成品油 运输的月混油处理损失费用设计为目标函数,将首站外输三种油品的时间设计 为决策变量,并从油品批次量增加、可周转库容利用、管道运输批次减少和最 大输油周期时间增加等方面进行约束条件分析,建立了最小化混油处理损失费 用的非线性优化模型。其次,利用MATLAB工具对模型进行数值求解,获得了 使油品输送满足市场需求时间最长、油品切换次数最少和月混油处理损失费用 最少的运输方案。 论文结论表明,通过上述优化,珠三角管道成品油运输在满足市场差异化 需求的基础上,可实现一次管道运输三种油品批次量总和从58917.39m?增加到 115489.31m?,增加了96.02%;95#汽油库容充分利用,至个别站场剩余可周转 库容降至0.00m?;管道输油周期可从180.00小时增加到282.68小时,增加了 57.04%;由此所致,管道成品油运输每月可减少1.5个批次,混油处理损失费 用每月可节省81366.00元。本文优化方案不仅减少了管道成品油运输的油品切 换次数,解决了珠三角管道成品油运输业务繁忙问题,而且使得管道成品油运 MBA学位论文作者:马陈鹏中石化销售华南公司珠三角管道成品油运输管理优化 II 输成本大幅度降低,有助于企业提高市场竞争力。 关键词:成品油,管道运输,顺序输送,优化模型 MBA学位论文作者:马陈鹏中石化销售华南公司珠三角管道成品油运输管理优化 III OPTIMIZATIONFORPIPELINEPETROLEUM PRODUCTSTRANSPORTATIONMANAGEMENTIN PEARLRIVERDELTAOFSINOPECSALESCO.LTD SOUTHCHINABRANCH Abstract Withtheincreasinglyfierceinternationalcompetitionintheoilindustry,the lowcostandhighefficiencyofproductsandservicechannelshaveincreasingly evolvedintoanecessaryfactorforthesurvivalanddevelopmentofrefinedoil pipelineenterprises.SinopecSalesCo.LtdSouthChinaBranchisarefinedoil pipelineenterprise,whichundertakesthetransportationofrefinedoilpipelinesin SouthChina.AsthemarketdemandofdifferentcitiesinthePearlRiverDeltaregion issignificantlydifferent,onepipelineisusedtotransport95#gasoline,92#gasoline and0#dieseloil.Duringthetransportationprocess,oilproductsneedtobe continuouslyswitched.Unreasonabledesignofswitchingrhythmandtimesleadsto highmixedoiltreatmentcosts,whichleadstohightransportationcostsandseverely limitsthepromotionofthecompany'smarketcompetitiveness.Theanalysisofthis thesisshowsthatSinopecSalesCo.LtdSouthChinaBranchhasnotoptimizedthe PearlRiverDeltapipelinetransportationforalongtime,becausethemarketdemand insomecitiesissmall,resultinginasmalltotaltransportationbatch.Thedemandfor 95#gasolineindifferentcitiesisquitedifferent,resultinginthattheavailable storagecapacityof95#gasolinecannotbefullyutilized.Failuretoachieveflow balanceandevendistributionleadstofailuretodistributeoilproductsrationally accordingtomarketdemand;Theshortmaximumoildeliverycycleleadstoaseries ofproblemssuchaslargenumberofpipelineproductoiltransportationbatches,high costofmixedoiltreatmentlossesandseriouscostwaste.Howtooptimizethe transportationofrefinedoilinpipelines,controlthetransportationbatchesand reducethecostofmixedoiltreatmentunderthepremiseofmeetingthemarket demandisofgreatsignificancetothelowcostandhighefficiencyofthecompany's MBA学位论文作者:马陈鹏中石化销售华南公司珠三角管道成品油运输管理优化 IV refinedoilpipelinetransportation.
