随着我国金融业开放的程度的增大,对外资银行的限制也在逐渐松动,许多 外资银行在觊觎中国市场,这给予竞争激烈的商业银行界又一巨大的压力。中国 的商业银行必须提升自己的整体实力,才能承受得住激烈的内部竞争和外部冲击, 而绩效管理对于提升商业银行实力、促进商业银行发展以及达成战略的实现有着 不可替代的作用。因此,设计出一套科学的、合理的绩效管理体系对现在的商业 银行而言,就显得尤为重要。 本文以平安银行青岛分行为例,首先,通过翻阅大量文献,对绩效管理的定 义、方法以及相关理论进行了介绍,这是本文进行研究的基础;其次,通过本人 对平安银行青岛分行实地调研,介绍平安银行青岛分行的背景以及现行的绩效情 况,并就现行的绩效管理情况进行分析,找出其中存在的问题;再次,针对存在 的问题,设计新的平安银行青岛分行绩效管理体系,在体系的构建过程中,运用 和借鉴到了平衡记分卡,关键绩效指标法、目标管理法以及360度考核法的方法 及思想,并通过匿名调查问卷的形式对新的绩效管理体系进行可行性分析;最后, 对论文内容进行一个总结,并就商业银行实行绩效管理提出一定的建议。 关键词:绩效管理平安银行青岛分行人力资源研究绩效评价 II RESEARCHONHUMANRESOURCE PERFORMANCEMANAGEMENT OFPINGANBANKQINGDAOBRANCH ABSTRACT AsthedegreeofopeningupofChina'sfinancialindustryhasincreased, restrictionsonforeignbankshavegraduallyloosened.Manyforeignbanksareinthe Chinesemarket,whichputsanotherhugepressureonthehighlycompetitive commercialbankingcommunity.China'scommercialbanksmustenhancetheiroverall strengthinordertowithstandthefierceinternalcompetitionandexternalshocks,and performancemanagementplaysanirreplaceableroleinimprovingthestrengthof commercialbanks,promotingthedevelopmentofcommercialbanksandachieving strategicrealization.Therefore,designingascientificandreasonableperformance managementsystemisparticularlyimportantfortoday'scommercialbanks. ThisarticletakestheexampleofPingAnBankQingdaoBranch.Firstly,through readingalargenumberofdocuments,itintroducesthedefinition,methodsandrelated theoriesofperformancemanagement.Thisisthebasisofthisresearch.Secondly, throughmyownresearchontheQingdaoBranchofPingAnBank,Introducethe backgroundandcurrentperformanceofPingAnBankQingdaoBranch,andanalyze thecurrentperformancemanagementsituationtofindouttheproblems;onceagain, designanewPingAnBankQingdaoBranchperformancemanagementsystemforthe existingproblems,inthesystemIntheprocessofconstruction,themethodsandideas ofthebalancedscorecard,thekeyperformanceindicatormethod,thetarget managementmethodandthe360-degreeassessmentmethodareappliedandborrowed, andthefeasibilityanalysisofthenewperformancemanagementsystemiscarriedout intheformofananonymousquestionnaire;Asummaryofthecontentofthepaperand somesuggestionsontheperformancemanagementofcommercialbanks.
