随着时代的变迁,社会的不断进步,全球经济在持续的加速融合,制造业的竞争已 趋于白热化。同时,我国制造企业也面临着经济环境恶化、材料成本和人力成本的上涨, 社会结构改变,人口红利下降等诸多问题。劳动力的减少使我国部分地区一度出现“用 工荒”的现象。由于劳动力供给问题,致使很多企业想办法改进自身的运营模式,尤其 是劳动力密集型企业(比如F公司),需要提高企业核心竞争力和经营效率来适应市场 的变化。故在全新经营模式的挑战下,越来越多的企业逐步意识到自动化设备取代人工 作业对企业发展的重要性。 企业的人工成本的不断上涨,客观上也促进了对非标设备的需求。基于个性化定制 的非标自动化设备,将进一步满足各行各业企业的需求。有需求就会有市场供应,这一 领域被大多数企业所关注。随着社会的发展,企业对非标设备的质量要求越来越严格, 对非标设备的智能化程度需求也在不断的提高。 在我国,非标设备确实为企业的发展提供了很大的帮助,不仅节省了人力还提升了 生产效率。但是在对人才、流程、质量的管控方面,通常企业还缺乏有效的方法。本文 以F公司为对象展开对非标设备维修管理方案的研究,以相关理论为指导,总结F公司 非标设备维修管理存在的问题和面临的挑战。对原来维修方案中存在的不合理现象和问 题进行优化改善,并合理利用资源进行设备的预防性维修,确保非标设备持续稳定的运 行,为公司创造更大的价值。通过优化设计非标设备维修管理方案,F公司达到提升利 润空间和增强企业竞争力的目的。本文的研究对改善F公司非标设备维修管理具有现实 的指导意义。 关键词:非标设备,维修管理,优化策略 III ABSTRACT With the changes of the times and the continuous progress of society, the global economy is continuously accelerating integration, and the competition of manufacturing industry has become hot and white. At the same time, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are also facing many problems, such as the deterioration of economic environment, the rise of material cost and labor cost, the change of social structure, the decline of demographic dividend and so on. With the reduction of labor force, there was a shortage of workers in some areas of our country. Due to the problem of labor supply, many enterprises find ways to improve their own operation mode, especially labor-intensive enterprises (such as F company). It is necessary to improve the core competitiveness and operating efficiency of enterprises to adapt to the changes in the market. Therefore, under the challenge of the new business model, more and more enterprises gradually realize the importance of replacing manual operation with automation equipment to the development of enterprises. The rising labor cost of enterprises also objectively promotes the demand for non-standard equipment. Non-standard automation equipment based on personalized customization will further meet the needs of various industries. If there is demand, there will be market supply, which is concerned by most enterprises. With the development of society, the quality requirements of non-standard equipment are becoming more and more strict, and the demand for intelligence of non-standard equipment is also improving. In our country, non-standard equipment does provide great help for the development of enterprises, which not only saves manpower but also improves production efficiency. However, in the management of talent, process and quality, enterprises usually lack effective methods. In this paper, F company is taken as the object to carry out the research on the maintenance management scheme of non-standard equipment, and under the guidance of related theories, the existing problems and challenges of non-standard equipment maintenance management in F company are summarized. The unreasonable phenomena and problems existing in the original maintenance scheme are optimized and improved, and the preventive maintenance of the equipment is carried out reasonably, so as to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the non-standard equipment and create greater value for the company. By optimizing the maintenance IV management scheme of non-standard equipment, F company achieves the purpose of improving profit space and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The research in this paper has practical guiding significance for improving the maintenance management of non-standard equipment in F company.
