随着市场经济的变化,全球化速度也在加快,行业与行业之间,行业内部 企业之间的竞争非常激烈。同行业同规模企业之间的竞争已经由传统的产品质 量、服务等方面升级成为产品内部核心竞争力、市场资源开发与配置、企业文化 宣扬、企业销售水平等全方面的核心能力的竞争。产品的同质化竞争越来越严重, 消费者对于产品选择也多样性,消费者根据喜好想去尝试新的包装或者新产品。 WS如何提高产品的质量和吸引力,成为了产品升级的根本出发点。因此产品的 差异化与个性化定制就变得日趋重要,针对消费者的需求进行产品品种的创新, 消费者对产品的初级体验和售后服务水平的提升,这变成企业不断提升核心竞争 力的必经之路。传统的竞争优势不再,甚至对有的企业而言,传统的经营理念是 致命的打击,企业界与学术界都纷纷投入大量的人力资源和资金用于研究如何深 入挖掘企业的核心竞争力,如何通过策略和建议来提高企业的核心竞争力。 本论文通过对WS公司核心竞争力的调查研究,对WS公司外部环境、行业环 境、内部环境进行了分析和核心竞争力识别。通过实地调查和研究,结合企业目 前的市场现状、企业的管理模式与未来发展方向,理论结合实际,运用多种分析 方法来构建图表、收集市场数据,针对WS公司核心竞争力的各要素短板和优点、 内部能力与外部影响因素等全面具体的分析。 论文总的分为六个部分,第一是绪论,第二是核心竞争力的相关理论,第三 是WS公司核心竞争力的环境分析,第四是可WS公司核心竞争力评价和存在问题, 第五是WS核心竞争力提升策略,第六是结论和展望。 其中,对WS公司环境分析主要包括外部环境、行业环境、内部环境几方面。 用PEST分析法对食品行业的外部环境进行分析,包括国内食品企业的出口情况, 出口国别中出口额的情况分析,食品生产企业所处的整体技术环境,对社会的价 值及人口因素对食品企业的影响,都是通过PEST进行分析和对比的。用波特五 力分析法分析,主要是针对企业所处的行业环境进行分析,主要包括新进入者的 威胁、供应商的议价能力、客户的议价能力、行业的竞争者和替代品的威胁几方 II 面来分析。用SWOT分析方法来进一步剖析企业外部和内在存在的优势、劣势、 机会、威胁因素,通过企业资源、企业能力两大方面对比分析。企业资源主要包 含了人力资源、有形资源和无形资源来分析;企业能力主要是通过生产能力和技 术水平两大方面进行分析。通过以上这三种种分析方法和数据对比,进而最终得 出相应的分析结论,以便于企业以后在核心竞争力的发展和改革中,对企业核心 竞争力的识别进行参考和评估。 论文的分析方法主要是以上所列三种,对WS核心竞争力的评价主要采用的 是层次评价法和模糊评价两种评估方法。通过两种评估方法可以得出WS公司核 心竞争力存在的问题。然后针对WS公司核心竞争力存在的问题,制定核心竞争 力的培育和提升的策略。关于核心竞争力的分析和评价流程和数据,从战略角度 出发,对核心竞争力的控制和市场环境变化的应对策略,通过对资源和能力的整 合,来减少企业竞争的短板,发扬企业优势,才能在行业中不被取代,才能在竞 争激烈的市场环境中占有稳定的市场份额,这也是论文对核心竞争力分析和提升 的最终宗旨和目标,希望通过分析研究和实践能够帮助企业整合和配置核心竞争 力,实现核心竞争力的提升。 关键词:创新能力,生产管理能力,技术水平 III Strategies to Promote the Core Competence of WS Company Name:Limengxue Teacher's name: Yangzhenqing Grade: 2016 Major: Business administration.
