等部分内容。论文的公布(包括以电子信息形式刊登)授 权东南大学研究生院办理。 研究生签名: 导师签名: 日期: 摘要 I 一达通助力中小外贸企业商业模式创新研究 研究生:魏 颂 导师: 陈建波 学校名称:东南大学 摘要 第三方功能性贸易平台的出现,让更多的企业能够聚精会神于产品质量和营销。与 中小企业传统业务流程相比,第三方功能性服务平台进一步优化了业务流程。就第三方 功能性贸易平台而言,由于中小企业的交易都在平台完成,所以他完全掌握了中小企业 的发展情况,可以整合中小企业进行融资,另外,可以通过银行获得海量的资金支持, 以“纽带”的形式将资本和中小企业连接起来,解决后者融资难的问题。 本文以一达通为例,基于产品及服务层面、目标客户层面、关系网络层面、 内部价值链层面、盈利模式层面等方面讨论其商业模式形成的途径,是基于对传统商业 模式的创新。一达通外贸供应链服务平台为外贸行业转型升级提供典型经验,降低中小 企业外贸成本、架设起银行与外贸中小企业之间的信用桥梁,并且为政府宏观调控和政 策制定提供参考数据。但一达通在发展过程中,其商业模式创新不可避免的存在挑战与 问题,主要表现在:容易形成自身垄断地位、涉嫌侵害知识产权的违法风险、服务质量 有待提升、存在技术漏洞与安全问题。在此基础上,从完善竞争与合作策略、与海关协 作加强知识产权保护、提升服务质量和强化信息技术与安全等方面提出完善“一达通” 商业模式创新的对策。 本文通过对深圳市一达通企业服务公司的商业模式创新的基本途径的研究,旨在为 后续外贸服务行业的企业商业模式创新实践提供启示和指导,并推动商业模式学科不断 发展。 关键词:中小外贸企业;商业模式;创新 东南大学工商管理硕士学位论文 II Research on the Innovation of Business Model of small and Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises in Alibaba Written by:Wei Song Supervised by:Chen Jianbo Southeast University Abstract The appearance of functional trade service platform enables SMEs to focus more on products and sales. The functional trade service platform has changed the business process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the past and optimized its business process. On the one hand, the functional trade service platform can integrate the financing needs of SMEs, and on the other hand, it can make use of the good cooperative relationship with banks to obtain financial support. Through the role of bridge to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the product and service level, the target customer level, the relationship network level,The way to discuss the formation of internal value chain and profit model is based on the innovation of traditional business model. Yidatong's foreign trade supply chain service platform provides typical experience for the transformation and upgrading of the foreign trade industry and reduces the foreign trade costs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Set up the credit bridge between the bank and the foreign trade small and medium-sized enterprises and provide the reference data for the government macro-control and policy making. However, in the process of development, the challenges and problems in business model innovation of Yidatong are mainly manifested in the following aspects: it is easy to form its own monopoly position, it is suspected of violating the illegal risk of intellectual property rights, the service quality needs to be improved, and there are technical leaks. On this basis, from the aspects of perfecting competition and cooperation strategy, strengthening cooperation with customs, setting off a whirlwind of intellectual property protection, improving service quality and strengthening information technology and security, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to perfect the innovation of "one access" business model.
