I 摘要 商业模式作为企业盈利、企业运营、企业战略最重要的价值创造活动描述, 不仅对于大型企业经营具有重要意义,对中小型创业企业更是有着生死存亡的决 策意义。大部分的中小型企业都是因为缺少清晰的商业模式而死亡,其中不乏有 一些高科技含量的企业。然而随着外界环境的改变与企业自身变革的需要,商业 模式也必须保持动态创新,才能更好的适应外界的快速发展。 本论文研究了以技术驱动的企业,其商业价值创新是如何演变的。本文通过 商业模式以及商业模式创新理论为依据,以商业模式要素作为创新研究方法,研 究了技术创新对商业模式的影响,以及商业模式创新反作用于技术创新,两者协 同发展,增强了企业的核心竞争力,实现了企业的可持续发展。 本论文以Y企业为案例研究对象。Y企业是一家科技型创业企业,一直关注 与持续摸索新科技对于商业模式创新的可能性。本研究将人工智能应用引入创业 企业进行实际研究,再通过Y企业的人工智能项目交付发现技术驱动所产生的新 价值,结合外在的政策环境、自身的优势进行新产品的研发和价值提供,最终获 得盈利模式创新的完整商业模式闭环。 论文在理论的基础上,对Y企业情况进行深度分析,通过层层递进的商业模 式问题与解决问题的方式直观的呈现了技术创新与商业模式创新之间的关系。这 不仅对于本企业突破自我瓶颈期的发展有重要指导意义,也为其它有类似问题的 中小创企业提供了一些借鉴意义。 关键词:技术创新, 人工智能, 创业企业, 商业模式, 商业模式创新 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The business model, as the most important description of value creation activities for corporate profitability, corporate operations, and corporate strategy, is not only of great significance for the operation of large enterprises, but also of life-or-death decision-making significance for small and medium-sized entrepreneurial enterprises. Most of the small and medium-sized enterprises died because of the lack of clear business models, and many of them have high-tech content. However, with the change of the external environment and the needs of the enterprise itself, the business model must also maintain dynamic innovation in order to better adapt to the rapid development of the outside world. This thesis studies how technology-driven enterprises have evolved their commercial value innovation. Based on the theory of business model and business model innovation, this article uses business model elements as innovative research methods to study the impact of technological innovation on business models and the reaction of business model innovation to technological innovation. The synergistic development of the two strengthens the core of the enterprise Competitiveness has realized the sustainable development of the enterprise. This thesis takes Y company as the case study object. Y enterprise is a technology-based entrepreneurial enterprise, which has been paying attention to and continuously exploring the possibility of new technology for business model innovation. This research introduces the application of artificial intelligence to start-up companies for practical research, and then discovers the new value generated by technology-driven through Y company’s artificial intelligence project delivery, and combines the external policy environment and its own advantages to develop new products and provide value. Finally, a complete closed-loop business model of profit model innovation is obtained. On the basis of theory, this thesis conducts an in-depth analysis of the situation of Y enterprise, and visually presents the relationship between technological innovation and business model innovation through the progressive business model problems and the way of solving problems. This not only has important guiding significance for the development of the company to break through the bottleneck period, but also provides ABSTRACT III some reference significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises with similar problems.
