在全球化浪潮和知识经济冲击下，产品迭代周期和技术更新速度变快，任何 企业都难以将创新活动整个流程纳入内部管控机制中，企业过去单打独斗式创新 模式难以为继。“开放型创新”一词从亨利.切萨布鲁夫（Hengry Chesbrough）提 出以来备受企业界及学术界广泛关注，其核心是企业应该同时利用内外部知识来 实现创新。开放型创新在理念和行动上都成为创新新范式与新常态。开放型创新 环境中形成的开放知识重新塑造着企业知识环境，也给已有知识协同模式带来冲 击和挑战。借助于社会化网络功能，可以解决开放型创新组织知识协同模式中的 困难，提升知识协同效率。 本文首先对该课题的选题背景和研究意义进行了分析，然后总结了目前国内 外相关领域研究现状。然后阐述了开放型创新组织、知识协同、社会化网络的理 论。紧接着分析了构建基于社会化网络的开放型创新组织知识协同模式总体设计、 架构体系、技术支持，提出了基于社会化网络的开放型创新组织知识协同模式， 主要包括构建协同平台、知识识别机制、知识转移机制和知识共享机制，同时阐 述了保障措施。最后分析了目前已有开放性创新知识协同模式案例并将本文所构 建模式用于具体企业。 本文创新点在于将三者有机结合构建基于社会化网络的开放型创新组织知识 协同模式，形成范式，将其用于具体企业知识协同提高企业知识协同效率。基于 社会化网络构建开放型组织知识协同模式，对其中构建策略、构建要点进行了研 究。将构建的模式用于具体行业领域，验证其正确性。 关键词：社会化网络，开放型创新，知识协同，协同模式构建 湖 北 工 业 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract Under the impact of globalization and knowledge economy，the product iteration cycle and technology update speed become faster，and it is difficult for any enterprise to integrate the whole process of innovation activities into the internal control mechanism， and it is difficult for the enterprise to continue the single fight innovation mode in the past. Since the term "open innovation" was put forward by Henry Chesbrough，it has been widely concerned by the business community and academia. The core of it is that enterprises should use internal and external knowledge to achieve innovation at the same time. Open innovation has become a new paradigm and new normal of innovation in concept and action. The open knowledge formed in the open innovation environment reshapes the enterprise knowledge environment，and also brings impact and challenge to the existing knowledge collaboration mode. With the help of social network function， we can solve the difficulties in the knowledge collaboration mode of open innovation organizations and improve the efficiency of knowledge collaboration. Firstly，this author analyzes the background and significance of the topic，then summarizes the current research status of related fields at home and abroad. Then the theory and technology of open innovation organization，knowledge collaboration and social network are expounded. Then it analyzes the overall design，architecture system and technical support of the knowledge collaboration mode of open innovation organization based on social network，and puts forward the knowledge collaboration mode of open innovation organization based on social network，which mainly includes the construction of collaboration platform，knowledge recognition mechanism， knowledge transfer mechanism and knowledge sharing mechanism. At the same time，it expounds the safeguard measures. Finally，it analyzes the existing cases of open innovation knowledge collaboration model and applies the model to specific enterprises. The innovation of this thesis is to combine the three organically to build an open innovation organization knowledge collaboration model based on social network，and at the same time to use it in specific enterprise knowledge collaboration to improve the efficiency of enterprise knowledge collaboration. Based on the social network to build an open organization knowledge collaboration model，the construction strategy and key points are studied. The model is applied to specific industry areas to verify its correctness.
