交通运输业是国民经济不断发展的重要基础产业,是所有经济和社会活动的载体, 其核心的宗旨就是实现各要素的流通。对外贸易和交流的中枢作用就是利用交通基础设 施建设实现的,地域经济的发展离不开交通基础设施的完善。研究交通基础设施对制造 业企业库存水平的影响,本质上就是研究交通基础设施的经济增长效应,从而为政府制 定交通基础设施投资政策提供相关对策建议,也为制造业企业生产经营提供决策指导。 政府通过制定交通基础设施建设的投资政策对经济进行宏观的调控,推动着我国经济又 好又快增长,但是我国领土旷阔,发展的差异性存在于区域经济发展和交通基础设施建 设中,所以我们通过研究交通基础设施对制造业企业库存的影响,就是进一步探讨了交 通基础设施如何促进经济增长。 本文在研究交通基础设施的经济增长效应时,制造业企业库存管理水平的高低在很 大程度上会受到交通基础设施的影响,我们从微观的角度对其进行分析很有必要。根据 这一部分的基本内容,总结出了包括交通设施和制造业企业在内的,其发展过程中的实 际情况,然后通过相应的库存模型(S,s)模型以更直观地对其进行分析,得到交通基 础设施影响企业库存的途径,其对制造业企业库存的影响可以分为两个方面,即降低企 业库存水平和提高企业库存水平。具体而言:一是交通基础设施水平的提高可以降低运 输成本,缩短运输时间,从而降低库存水平;二是交通基础设施水平的提高有利于扩大 企业市场规模,增加产品需求,从而提高库存水平。在这两种影响的共同作用下,交通 基础设施体现出对库存水平的影响就是其综合的作用的结果。实证分析部分,本文利用 2007年—2018年以来,我国30个省份分析总结了交通基础设施对制造企业库存水平产 生的影响。结果表明,在这一时期,公路基础设施与制造企业库存水平存在显著的正相 关关系,尤其是等级公路能够显著的增加制造业库存水平;铁路基础设施与制造业企业 库存水平存在显著的负相关关系;在考虑遗漏代理控制时公路基础设施的影响程度有所 下降,而铁路基础设施的影响程度有所上升;交通基础设施对制造业企业库存的影响存 在很强的地域性特征;不仅如此,制造业企业的库存水平还受到了来自企业的销售产值 等因素和宏观因素的影响。 关键词:交通基础设施,规模以上制造业,企业库存水平,经济增长 ii Abstract TransportationInfrastructureconstructionisanimportantpartofgovernment expenditure,whichaimstopromotethecirculationofpeople,goodsandinformation.The transportationinfrastructureisthekeymediumofeachregion'sexternalcontact,amore maturetransportationsystem,willprovidethestrongsupporttotheregionaleconomic development.Tostudytheimpactoftransportationinfrastructureontheinventorylevelof manufacturingenterprisesisessentiallytostudytheeconomicgrowtheffectoftransportation infrastructure,soastoproviderelevantcountermeasuresandsuggestionsforthegovernment toformulatetheinvestmentpolicyoftransportationinfrastructure,italsoprovidesthe decision-makingguidancefortheproductionandoperationofthemanufacturingenterprise. Thegovernmenthasmademacro-controlovertheeconomybyformulatinginvestment policiesfortheconstructionoftransportationinfrastructure,whichhaspromotedthesound andrapidgrowthofoureconomy,butourterritoryisvast,therearestillproblemsof unbalanceddevelopmentineconomicdevelopmentandconstructionoftransportation infrastructure.Therefore,howtoevaluateandunderstandtheeconomicgrowtheffectof transportationinfrastructuremorecomprehensivelyhasbecomeachallenging,urgentand StrategicResearchTopicinthefieldoftransportationeconomyandeconomicgrowth. Inthispaper,whenwestudytheeconomicgrowtheffectoftransportationinfrastructure, wechoosethechannelthattransportationinfrastructureaffectstheinventorylevelof manufacturingenterprises,andanalyzeitsmicro-mechanism.Whenanalyzingtheimpactof transportationinfrastructureconstructiononinventorylevelfromthetheoreticalpointofview, thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationoftransportationinfrastructureandinventoryof manufacturingenterprises,andthroughanalyzingtheinventorymodel(S,s)model,the influenceoftransportationinfrastructureonenterpriseinventorycanbedividedintotwo aspects,thatis,reducinginventorylevelandimprovinginventorylevel.Specificallyspeaking: First,theimprovementoftransportinfrastructureconstructionisconducivetoreducing transportcostsandshorteningtransporttime,thusreducingthelevelofinventory;second,the improvementoftransportinfrastructureconstructionisconducivetoexpandingthemarket scaleofenterprisesandincreasingthedemandforproducts,toincreaseinventorylevels. Underthejointeffectofthetwoeffects,theeffectofthetransportationinfrastructureonthe inventorylevelistheresultofitscomprehensiveeffect.Inthepartofempiricalanalysis,this paperanalyzestheimpactoftransportationinfrastructureconstructionontheinventorylevel ofChinesemanufacturingenterprisesbyusing2007-2018provincialpaneldata.Theresults iii showthatthereisasignificantpositivecorrelationbetweenroadinfrastructureandthe inventorylevelofmanufacturingenterprisesinthisperiodThereisasignificantnegative correlationbetweenrailwayinfrastructureandtheinventorylevelofmanufacturing enterprises,andtheinfluencedegreeofhighwayinfrastructuredecreaseswhilethatofrailway infrastructureincreaseswhenconsideringtheomissionofagentcontrolDifferenttypesof transportinfrastructurehavedifferenteffectsontheinventoryofmanufacturingenterprisesin theMidwesternSectionalFigureSkatingChampionships;Moreover,theinternalfactorssuch assalesoutputvalueandthemacro-factorssuchasregionalfixedassetinvestmenthave differentcorrelationeffectsontheinventorylevelofmanufacturingenterprises.
