为了满足我国扩大内需消费升级的需求,使更多的成为客户群体享受更高质量的消费 金融服务,我国国内信用卡业务在短时间内实现了较为快速的进步,逐渐成为国内各商业 银行的主要业务。许多银行在争取和留住优质客户群体的过程中,不断采取简化手续、流 程、免抵押物等措施,从而增强了对于客户信用情况的依赖度。A银行济南分行作为济南 的一家颇有代表性的商业银行,2019年该行信用卡有效卡量已突破240万张,但是该行风 险管理模式相对传统,信用卡违约风险管理方面有相应的提升空间。因此,有必要提高信 用卡违约风险管理的水平,完善风险管理的方式。 基于我国信用卡发展的现状,本文首先概述信用卡违约风险的定义、类型及特点,并 归纳、总结了与信用卡违约风险相关的理论,其主要理论有:金融体系的脆弱理论和委托 代理理论,明确了研究思路与研究方法;其次,分析A银行济南分行信用卡违约风险现状, 就A银行济南分行整体情况、信用卡业务开展的现状及信用卡业务的违约情况;再次,分 析A银行济南分行信用卡违约风险成因,包括未建立风险防控意识及考核机制、内控力度 及流程不够完善、信用卡业务人才队伍建设不到位及信用卡逾期催收机制较为固化;最后 提出改善建议。即加快信用卡业务人才队伍建设、探索信用卡逾期的催收新模式等。通过 本文的研究,也能为其它商业银行在信用卡违约风险管理方面提供参考和借鉴。 关键词:信用卡业务 违约风险 风险管理 II Abstract In order to meet the needs of expanding domestic demand and upgrading consumption, and to become more customer groups to enjoy higher quality consumer financial services, China's domestic credit card business has achieved rapid progress in a short period of time, and gradually developed into the main business of domestic banks. With the increasingly fierce competition in the credit card market, many banks continue to take measures to simplify procedures, processes and free collateral in the process of striving for and retaining higher-quality customer groups, thus enhancing the dependence on customer credit. As a representative commercial bank in Jinan, A Bank Jinan Branch has more than 2.4 million valid credit cards in 2019. However, the risk management mode of A bank is relatively traditional, and there is room for improvement in credit card default risk management. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of credit card business risk management and improve the way of risk management. Based on the current situation of credit card development in China, this paper first summarizes the definition, types and characteristics of credit card default risk, and combs the relevant theories of credit card default risk, namely, the cyclical fluctuation theory of economy, the theory of information asymmetry, the theory of financial system vulnerability and the theory of principal-agent, and clarifies the research ideas and research methods; Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of credit card default risk of Jinan Branch of A bank, introduces the basic situation of Jinan Branch of A bank, the development status of credit card business and the situation of credit card default; Thirdly, this paper analyzes the causes of credit card default risk in Jinan Branch of A bank, including the failure to establish risk prevention and control awareness and assessment mechanism, the imperfect internal control strength and process, the insufficient construction of credit card business talent team and the relatively stable overdue collection mechanism of credit card; Finally, puts forward suggestions. That is to speed up the construction of credit card business talent team, and explore the new mode of overdue collection of credit card.
