-I- 中文摘要 国内外银行对收入结构及收入增长的实践表明,合理的收入结构是保证银行 收入增长和可持续发展的重要方面。我国商业银行的发展过 程中,暴露了很多仅 重视利息收入而不重视非利息收入的问题,直接影响了银行的盈利能力。为此, 商业银行需进一步调整收入结构,均衡利息收入与非利息收入的占比,在保 有利 息收入不下降的前提下,重视非利息收入的发展,以达到商业银行营业收入的稳 步增长。 本文首先回顾了国内外关于商业银行收入结构相关研究文献,根据研究现状 提出 本文研究问题;其次,引入了商业银行收入结构理论,对商业银行的收入相 关理论做出解释,为下文针对银行收入的增长策略研究做出铺垫。第三,着重分 析Z银行的营业收入的 现状及存在的问题;第四,对Z银行的营业收入增长进行 SWOT分析;第五,引用、借鉴国内外银行在收入增长方面的实践经验,并分析 从中的对Z银行营业收入增长的启示;最后 ,本文在相关理论和分析基础上,对Z 银行提出有针对性的营业收入增长策略研究,并对策略实施提出必要的保障措施。 关键词:银行;营业收入;非利息收入;策略保障 黑龙 江大学硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract The practice of domestic and foreign banks on income structure and income growth shows that a reasonable income structure is an important aspect to ensure the income growth and sustainable development of banks. During the development of commercial banks in China, there are many problems that only pay attention to interest income but not non interest income, which directly affect the profitability of banks.Therefore, commercial banks need to further adjust the income structure, balance the proportion of interest income and non interest income, pay attention to the development of non interest income on the premise of keeping the interest income unchanged, so as to achieve the steady growth of business income of commercial banks. Firstly, this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research literature on the income structure of commercial banks, and puts forward the research problems according to the research status; secondly, it introduces the income structure theory of commercial banks, explains the income related theory of commercial banks, and paves the way for the following research on the growth strategy of bank income. Thirdly, it focuses on the current situation and existing problems of Z bank's operating revenue; fourthly, it makes a SWOT analysis of Z bank's operating revenue growth; fifthly, it quotes and draws lessons from the practical experience of domestic and foreign banks in revenue growth, and analyzes the Enlightenment from it to Z bank's operating revenue growth; finally, based on the relevant theory and analysis, this paper puts forward targeted measures for Z bank This paper studies the strategy of business income growth, and puts forward the necessary safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.
