我国已成为全球最重要的新兴保险大国,人才是行业发展的核心优势和关键所在。 公司的竞争离不开人才的竞争,近年来保险行业快速发展,对人才需求强烈。但行业人 员大出大进,尤其是中小保险公司,由于自身品牌、规模、发展等因素的限制,人员招 聘工作效果并不理想。如何提升招聘效果,是广大中小保险公司的当务之急,本文意在 对此项工作进行分析和探讨。 HZ保险公司是中小型保险公司的代表,本文以HZ保险公司为例,通过对HZ保险 公司目前的招聘现状进行分析,并运用问卷调查、员工访谈等方式进行数据归纳,发现 公司在员工招聘规划、招聘岗位职责描述、招聘渠道和流程管理、招聘团队专业度、培 训及激励机制等几方面不同程度的存在一些问题。随后,提出针对性的改进意见,从制 定科学合理的人力规划,健全招聘管理制度,优化招聘管理流程,建立灵活的薪酬制度 及多元激励机制等。为了上述举措有效落地,公司需在组织、制度和资源、技术方面给 予保障,最终实现为企业搭建培养符合公司价值观的人才梯队,为公司的发展奠定坚实 的人才基础。 HZ保险公司的一些问题在保险行业的中小型公司中也有一定的共性,希望这些建 议对于行业中的类似问题有些许的借鉴作用,进而推动保险行业实现更好的发展。 关键词:HZ保险公司,招聘现状,招聘优化 II Abstract Chinahasbecometheworld'smostimportantemerginginsurancecountry,andhuman resourcesarethecoreadvantageandkeytothedevelopmentoftheindustry.Recently,human talentsarebecomingmoreinseparablefromthecompanycompetitions.Theinsurance industryhasdevelopedrapidly,andthereisastrongdemandfortalents.However,becausethe industries,especiallysmallandmedium-sizedinsurancecompanies,arelimitedbythefactors oftheirbrand,sizeanddevelopment,therecruitmentworkisnotideal.Howtoimprovethe recruitmenteffectisthetoppriorityofthemajorityofsmallandmedium-sizedinsurance companies.Thisarticlewillanalyzeanddiscussthisworksspecifically. TheHZcompanyisarepresentativeofsmallandmedium-sizedinsurancecompanies. ThisarticletakesHZcompanyasanexampletoanalyzethecurrentrecruitmentstatusofHZ companybyusingquestionnairesurveysandemployeeinterviewsandsummarizethedata. Theaimistofindthestandardsandrequirementsofthecompanyinrecruitmentplanning, channelmanagement,employeerecruitmentconditions,andtheproblemsaboutrecruitment processmanagement,recruitmentteamprofessionalism,andfollow-upcare,trainingand incentivemechanism.Thearticlewillthenputforwardtargetedimprovements,includingthe formulationofscientificandreasonablemanpowerplanning,andperfectrecruitment Managementsystem,optimizetherecruitmentmanagementsystem,establishaflexiblesalary andwelfareretentionmechanism,usecultureanddetailstoattractandretaindevelopment talents,andstrengthenemployeeinductionguidanceandprobationperiodcounseling.In ordertoimplementtheabovemeasures,thecompanyshouldprovideguaranteesinconcepts, systemsandresources.Thefinalaimistorealizetheestablishmentofatalentechelonthat trainsthecompanyinlinewiththecompany’svaluesandprovidesasolidhumanbaseforthe company’sdevelopment. Additionally,therearecertaincommonalitiesamongsmallandmedium-sizedcompanies intheinsuranceindustry.Itisexpectedthatthesesuggestionscanbereferencesforsimilar problemsintheindustry,andthenpromotetheinsuranceindustrytoachievebetter development.
