I 摘要 当前,为了促进电子信息产业领域代工生产型企业转向社会化、专业化物流,延 伸物流产业链和价值链,进一步提升基于供应链管理的物流信息化、网络化和智慧化 水平,建设高效便捷、通达顺畅的现代物流服务体系,则必须增强企业物流管理能力。 因此,本文选取了重庆一家笔记型电脑制造企业M公司为案例背景,以提高市场竞 争力,致力提升其物流管理与服务能力。 围绕M公司案例情景,以该公司物流管理问题研究为导向,运用供应链管理、 物流管理和加工贸易相关理论知识,采用了文献研究法、案例研究法、访谈法、SWOT 分析法等手法阐释了M公司所处的行业环境、SWOT分析、波特“五力模型”、运营 现状与问题及管理能力提升措施,并用鱼骨图分析法找到了M公司在销货物流环节 出现的信息技术链接不强、承运人和报关行沟通不及时、市场响应力差、出货物流流 程不精细、物流作业效率不高、物流时效性低等问题。 研究结果表明:基于供应链管理,提升M公司物流管理能力,必须加强企业内 部物流业务流程优化,尤其是销售出货物流流程优化,并提出实现物流管理能力提升 的具体保障措施。包括两个部分,第一,提出了销售物流通关环节优化方案:(1) 基于供应链管理,搭建企业物流信息管理系统;(2)优化销售出货物流流程;(3) 优化仓储物流作业系统,提高运营效率。第二,提出实现M公司物流管理能力提升 的具体保障。包括信息平台、组织架构、运行机制、财务支持、企业信誉和PDCA循 环六大保障措施。 综上,基于供应链管理,实现M公司物流管理能力提升的研究结果是有效、可 行的,对该公司增强物流管理与客户服务能力具有重要的实践指导价值,对相关制造 型企业物流管理具有理论意义和借鉴参考意义。 关键词:电子制造业供应链管理加工贸易物流流程物流服务 重庆理工大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Atpresent,inordertovigorouslydevelopelectronicinformationindustry,the electronicmanufacturingenterprisesshouldenhancethelogisticsmanagementcapability, turntosocializedandspecializedlogistics,extendthelogisticsindustrychainandvalue chain,enhancetheleveloflogisticsnetworkingandintelligencebasedonsupplychain management,andbuildamodernlogisticsservicesystemwhichisefficient,convenient andsmooth.ThispaperchoosesMCompany,anotebookcomputermanufacturing enterpriseinChongqing,asthecasetoimproveitslogisticsmanagementandservice capabilities. Thispaperisguidedbythetheoryofsupplychainmanagement,logistics managementandprocessingtrade.Itexplainstheindustrialenvironmentbymeansof literatureresearch,casestudy,interviewingmethod,SWOTanalysis,Porter's"FiveForces Model".Thefishbonediagramanalysismethodisusedtofindtheproblemsinthe distributionlogisticsofMCompany,suchasweakinformationtechnologylink,untimely communicationbetweenthecarrierandthecustomsbroker,poormarketresponse, imprecisedistributionlogisticsprocess,lowefficiencyoflogisticsoperation,low timelinessoflogistics,etc. Theresearchshowsthat,itisnecessarytooptimizetheinternallogisticsprocesses, especiallytheshippingprocesses,andputforwardspecificsafeguardmeasurestorealize theimprovementoflogisticsmanagementcapability.Itconsistsoftwoparts.First,itputs forwardtheoptimizationschemeofdistributionlogisticscustomsclearance:(1)Basedon supplychainmanagement,itbuildsenterpriselogisticsinformationmanagementsystem; (2)Optimizetheflowofdistributionlogistics;(3)Optimizethewarehouselogistics operationsystemandimprovetheoperationefficiency.Secondly,itputsforwardthe concreteguaranteetoimprovethelogisticsmanagementcapabilityofMCompany. Includinginformationplatform,organizationalstructure,operationmechanism,financial support,corporatereputationandPDCAcycle. Insummary,basedonsupplychainmanagement,theresultsofimprovinglogistics managementcapabilityofMcompanyareeffectiveandfeasible,whichhaveimportant practicalguidingvalueforthecompanytoenhancelogisticsmanagementandcustomer servicecapability,andhavetheoreticalsignificanceandreferencesignificanceforlogistics managementofrelatedmanufacturingenterprises.
