I 摘要 商业银行的零售业务以其业务范围和基数体量而具备着较高的抗风险性能力,同 时也对银行整体的经营利润增加发挥着重要的作用。银行零售业务转型已经是数年来 各家金融机构一直在探索的课题。在过去十年里,互联网金融时代下的产物——第三 方支付,以其独有的运营模式,最为剧烈地冲击着银行的零售业务。 本文以我国大型国有零售银行YC银行为研究对象,分析第三方支付的迅猛发展 对YC银行传统零售业务带来的机遇和挑战,并探究了YC银行目前零售业务转型中 存在的问题。针对目前存在的问题,研究YC银行零售业务转型的方向和对策。YC 银行为我国第六大国有银行,以其全国最多的物理网点和零售业务占比最高而成为我 国最具特色的大型零售银行。本文首先界定第三方支付和银行零售业务的相关概念, 明确二者的一般分类,并介绍零售业务转型过程中涉及到的相关理论基础,为进一步 的探讨提供理论依据。其次,从机遇和挑战两个视角着手,分析第三方支付对YC银 行零售业务的影响。一方面,第三方支付的出现削弱零售中间业务、冲击银行的客户 基础和资金沉淀等,为零售业务的发展带来挑战。另一方面又有助于YC银行自有移 动支付打开新局面,在联合竞争对手的形态下,可以降低成本、有效获客以及提高服 务质量,为零售业务的转型带来发展机遇。再次,文章总结分析了YC在转型发展中 目前存在战略定位和机制管理水平落后,自身移动支付业务建设落后,以及转型基础 薄弱等严峻问题。最后,面对第三方支付的挑战和机遇并存,提出转型对策。一是强 化零售转型的战略定位,二是提升以客户为中心的服务能力,三是科技赋能,打造 YC银行的支付行业场景。从三个方面提出转型的策略,最终实现YC银行零售业务 转型的优化。 关键词:第三方支付商业银行零售业务转型支付场景 Abstract II Abstract Theretailbusinessofcommercialbankspossesseshighriskresistanceabilitydueto itsbusinessscopeandlargevolume.Italsoplaysanimportantroleinincreasingtheoverall operatingprofitofthebank.Thetransformationofbankretailbusinesshasbeenan importanttopicwhichvariousfinancialinstitutionshavebeenexploringinduringthepast severalyears.Inthepastdecade,thethird-partypayment,theproductoftheInternet finance,hadthemostsevereimpactontheretailbusinessofbankswithitsunique operatingmodel. ThisarticletakesYCBank,alargestate-ownedretailbankastheresearchobject,.And itanalyzestheopportunitiesandchallengesthattherapiddevelopmentofthird-party paymentbringstoYCBank’straditionalretailbusiness,andexplorestheproblemsthat existinthecurrentretailbusinesstransformationofYCBank,andaimsatthecurrent existingtostudythedirectionandcountermeasuresofYCBank’sretailbusiness transformation.YCBankisthesixthlargeststate-ownedbankinourcountry.Ithasthe largestnumberofphysicaloutletsandthehighestproportionofretailbusiness.Itisthe mostdistinctivelarge-scaleretailbankinChina.Firstlyitdefinestherelatedconceptsof third-partypaymentandbankretailbusiness,andthenstatesthegeneralclassificationof it.Itintroducestherelevanttheoreticalbasisinvolvedinthetransformationofretail business,soastoprovideatheoreticalbasisforfurtherdiscussion.Secondly,fromboththe perspectivesofopportunitiesandchallenges,itanalyzetheimpactofthird-partypayment onYCBank'sretailbusiness.Ontheonehand,theemergenceofthird-partypaymenthas weakenedretailintermediarybusiness,reducingthebank'scustomerbaseandfund precipitation,bringingchallengestothedevelopmentofretailbusiness.Ontheotherhand, itwillhelpYCBank'sdevelopitsownmobilepaymentbusiness,openingadoortoitsnew situation.Intheformofjointcompetitors,itcanreducecosts,effectivelyacquire customers,andimproveservicequality,whichwillbringdevelopmentopportunitiesforthe transformationofretailbusiness.ThearticlesummarizeandanalyzeYCbankcurrent strategicpositioningandmechanismmanagementlevelinthetransformationand development,thebackwardconstructionofitsownmobilepaymentbusiness,andtheweak foundationfortransformationandotherseriousproblems.Finally,inthefaceofthe coexistenceofchallengesandopportunitieswhichthethird-partybringabout,a transformationstrategyisproposed.Atthefirst,thebankshouldstrengthenthestrategic Abstract III positioningofretailtransformation.Secondly,itshouldenhancecustomer-centrismservice capabilities,andthenempowertechnologytocreateapaymentindustryscenarioforYC Bank.Thearticlewillproposeatransformationstrategyfromthesethreeaspects,and finallyrealizetheoptimizationofYCBank'sretailbusinesstransformation.
