我国的制造业企业在中小型项目管理上与国际上先进企业相比还具有一定差距。在 中国制造业已经相对成熟的情况下,通过立项来处理公司内部的一些问题已经成为一种 常用管理手段。短平快的中小型项目以其足够的灵活性,人员管理的平滑性,在制造业 企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,在传统制造业中,很多企业缺乏足够的实施经 验来管理中小型项目。因此,如何做好中小型项目的进度控制和项目成本管理是每一个 制造业企业所面临的一个亟待解决的问题。 本研究基于项目管理中进度管理与成本管理的理论方法,对SSCL法兰项目的项目 进度控制与成本管理进行系统分析和研究。利用甘特图和进度编制计划原理为项目组构 建出项目进度整体计划。根据项目成本管理的理论方法,并结合工作实际,对项目成本 进行分类控制,规划了详细的项目预算与成本控制方案。在项目实施过程中,积极与项 目组进行沟通,不断修正项目整体进度及成本控制目标。 与原计划相比,本研究为公司优化项目进度管理与成本控制的流程提出了改进意 见。同时,本工作就如何科学的计划项目工作量,如何避免公休日对项目进度产生影响 及跨部门、跨层级之间如何协调提出了相应的改进意见。 关键词:SSCL法兰项目;进度管理;成本管理;综合控制 SSCL公司法兰项目进度与成本管理案例研究 -II- CaseStudyonScheduleandCostManagementofFlangeProjectinSSCL Company Abstract Inmanufacturingindustry,Chineseenterprisesstillhaveagapwiththeadvancedglobal companiesinthemanagementofsmallandmediumsizedproject.Underthebackgroundthat themanufacturingindustrybecomesmoreandmoremature,smallandmedium-sizeprojects inmanufacturingcompanieshaverelativelystrongcompetitivenesswiththeflexibilityand thesmoothnessinthemanagementofhumansource.Inthefieldoftraditionalmanufacturing industry,however,thereislackingofenoughexperienceinmanagementofsmalland medium-sizedprojects.Therefore,howtocontroltheprojectscheduleandtheprojectcost becomesaproblemthaturgentlyneedsasolutionineachmanufacturingenterprise. Basedonthetheoreticalmethodsofscheduleandcostmanagement,thisthesis systematicallyanalyzestheschedulecontrolandcostmanagementoftheflangeprojectin SSCL.UsingtheGanttchartandtheprincipleofscheduleplanning,anoverallplanwas constructedfortheprojectteam.Followingthetheoryandmethodofprojectcost managementandtakingintoaccountthepracticalstatusofthisproject,theclassifiedproject costwasusedinthisworkandthedetailedprojectbudgetplanningandcostcontrolscheme wereproposed.Duringtheimplementofthisproject,theprojectscheduleandtheoverall objectivesofcostcontrolwerefurtherimprovedonthebasisofactivecommunicationwith theprojectteam. Incomparisontotheoriginalplanningofthecompany,thefinalimplementationofthis projectoptimizedtheprojectschedulemanagementandcostcontrol.Inaddition,thiswork providesrelevantsuggestionsandsolutionsforsomeproblems,suchas,howtoscientifically estimatetheworkloadofaproject,howtoreducetheinfluencesofofficialholidayonthe projectschedule,andhowtocoordinatetheworkofaprojectthatinvolvesdifferent departmentsanddifferentlevels.
