iii 摘要 当前经济社会,制造型企业间竞争日益加剧,创新是应对挑战、提高竞争力的 有效方法。单纯地依靠技术创新能够帮助制造型企业在短期内实现降本增效,但无 法实现企业的长久发展,因此引进管理创新方法非常重要。制造型企业以设备为主, 导入和实施先进的设备管理思想,是实现成本领先、质量满意、生产安全、交货及 时的有效方法之一。 本文在梳理设备管理及TPM(Total Productive Maintenance,简称TPM)相关 理论的基础上,重点研究了压缩机制造企业E公司应用管理创新方法的过程。首 先,本论文对研究背景、目的和意义等方面进行了阐述,并梳理了国内外学者有关 管理创新、TPM的研究成果,交代了研究所采用的思路框架和研究方法等。其次, 论文介绍了E公司设备管理现状,分析了当前设备管理问题的根本原因,即对设 备管理工作重视不足、缺少全员参与设备管理以及没有建立系统性的设备管理解 决方案,在此基础上,分析了应用TPM设备管理理念的必要性,研究和设计了TPM 设备管理模式在E公司的应用方案,提出以现场5S管理、小组活动和日常管理系 统为基础,以自主维护、计划维护以及教育培训为支撑的TPM管理创新体系,涵 盖故障维修、定期维护、视情维护、纠正性维护、润滑管理、备件管理、维护信息 管理等各项管理活动,以实现从被动维修到主动预防的设备管理意识的转变,实现 公司上下全员参与设备维护保养的目标,建立系统性的设备管理解决方案,以强化 设备管理基础,深化设备管理技术,提高设备管理水平。最后,提出了保障设备管 理创新体系的有效实施:管理层的支持、建立配套的激励机制、建立培训体系以及 审核机制等措施,达到了设备效率提高、故障降低、现场5S明显改善以及公司形 象大幅度提升的目的,实施结果符合企业预期。 实践表明,TPM设备管理创新模式在E公司的应用取得了一定成效,对企业 提升设备管理水平具有现实的指导作用,为提升企业核心竞争力和可持续发展提 供了有效途径,并为TPM理论在压缩机制造行业的普遍实施提出范例。 关键词:设备管理;管理创新;TPM;自主维护;计划维护 北京交通大学硕士专业学位论文 ABSTRACT iv ABSTRACT In today's economy and society, competition among manufacturing companies is increasingly fierce. Innovation is an effective way to deal with challenges and improve competitiveness. Relying solely on technology innovation can help manufacturing enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase in the short term, but it cannot achieve long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, the introduction of management innovation methods is also very important. Manufacturing enterprises focus on equipment, and introduce and implement advanced equipment management ideas, which is one of the effective methods to achieve cost leadership, quality satisfaction, production safety, and timely delivery. Based on the theory of equipment management and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance, TPM), this paper focuses on the application of management innovation methods in compressor manufacturing enterprise E company. First of all, this paper describes the research background, purpose and significance, and combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on management innovation and TPM, and explains the thinking framework and research methods. Secondly, the paper introduces the current situation of E company's equipment management, analyzes the root causes of the current equipment management problems, that is, insufficient attention to equipment management, lack of full participation in equipment management and lack of systematic equipment management solutions. On this basis, this paper analyzes the necessity of applying the TPM equipment management concept, studies and designs the TPM equipment management mode in E company, and puts forward the TPM management innovation system based on 5S management, group activities and daily management system, supported by autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance and education & training, covering breakdown maintenance, time-based maintenance and condition-based maintenance, corrective maintenance, lubrication management, spare parts management, maintenance information management and other management activities, so as to realize the change of equipment management consciousness from passive maintenance to active prevention, realize the goal of all employees participating in equipment maintenance, establish systematic equipment management solutions, strengthen the foundation of equipment management, deepen equipment management technology, and improve equipment management. Finally, measures to ensure the effective implementation of the innovation system for equipment management are the establishment of supporting 北京交通大学硕士专业学位论文 ABSTRACT v incentive mechanism, the establishment of a training system and an audit mechanism, etc., which achieves the purpose of improving the efficiency of equipment, reducing the failure, improving the 5S on site and greatly improving the company's image. The implementation results meet the expectations of the enterprise. The practice shows that the application of TPM equipment management innovation mode in E company has achieved certain results, which has practical guidance for enterprises to improve the level of equipment management, provides an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises, and provides an example for the general implementation of TPM theory in the compressor manufacturing industry.
