I 摘要 II 摘要 招聘作为公司人力资源管理中最重要的环节一直被各大公司所重视,面对日 趋惨烈的竞争环境,想要保持与竞争对手的绝对优势,必须在保证自身人才不流 失的前提下,尽可能的去抢夺符合企业战略发展和使用需求的人才。招聘管理的 不合理,意味着难以得到合适的人才,影响公司的正常运行和长远发展,与此同 时,还要付出较大的资金成本和时间成本。网络营销作为销售市场的新方式,有 其与传统业务不同的特质。 在网络销售蓬勃发展的时代背景下,为了拓展网络销售市场,招聘到合适的 网络营销人才变得较为棘手与重要,如何招聘到合适的网络营销人才成为了企业 未来发展过程中必须完成的课题。所以,针对企业现有的网络营销人才招聘管理 提出问题解决方案并进行优化是十分必要的。 本文的研究对象为P公司网络营销人员的招聘管理,第一章主要对研究背 景、意义、研究思路以及研究方法进行了介绍,同时回顾了国内外研究情况;第 二章叙述了招聘管理和胜任力相关概念和理论;第三章展示了P公司网络营销人 员招聘管理现状并对存在的问题进行了发掘分析;第四章基于胜任力模型为P 公司网络营销人员招聘管理提出具体的问题解决方案;第五章对论文进行总结。 关键词:网络营销人才;招聘管理;优化;胜任力 Abstract III Abstract As the most important part of the company's human resources management, recruitment has always been valued by major companies. In the face of increasingly fierce competition and the need to maintain absolute advantage with competitors, we must ensure that our talents are not lost. To rob people who meet the needs of corporate strategic development and use. The unreasonable management of recruitment means that it is difficult to get the right talents, affecting the normal operation and long-term development of the company. At the same time, it has to pay a large capital cost and time cost. As an emerging force in the sales market, online marketing has its own characteristics different from traditional businesses. In the era of booming online sales, in order to expand the online sales market, it is more difficult and important to recruit suitable online marketing talents. How to recruit suitable network marketing talents has become a topic that must be completed in the future development of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem and optimize the existing network marketing talent recruitment management. The research object of this paper is the recruitment management of network marketing personnel of P company. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, significance, research ideas and research methods, and reviews the research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter describes the recruitment management and competence. The related concepts and theories of force; the third chapter shows the current situation of recruitment management of network marketing personnel of P company and explores the existing problems; the fourth chapter proposes specific problem solutions for the recruitment management of network marketing personnel of P company based on the competency model. The fifth chapter summarizes the paper.
