由于市场竞争空前激烈,企业在这种状况下,逐渐开始进行愈发频繁的并购 活动。而在此项工作进行的过程当中,并购能否顺利完成并取得应有的效果,并 购后企业的员工满意度扮演着尤为关键的角色。在这样的背景下,研究企业并购 后的员工满意度的提升问题对于并购工作而言是极其关键的。 本文探讨了如何在并购环境下实现员工满意度的有效提升。首先进行了大量 的文献查阅,对目前涉及企业并购、人力资源整合、员工满意度的文献资料进行 系统的搜集,并且对其进行鉴别和整理,了解选题的背景和现有研究成果。对论 文的研究背景研究意义进行介绍,明确本文的研究内容以及研究方法。其次详细 讲述相关基本概念,主要包括员工满意度的概念以及特征,企业并购的方法和条 件,企业并购的实质、形式、与原则以及人力资源整合的相关概念与理论基础。 第三对XC集团并购Q公司后的员工满意度现状进行分析。本文以XC集团为研 究背景,以需求层次理论、期望理论、公平理论以及双因素理论为引导,通过调 查问卷和访谈的方式对员工满意度进行调查,总结归纳产生问题的原因。员工满 意度不足的问题主要是由于组织机构重叠、忽视人力资源整合的重要性、以及企 业文化冲突引起。第四在此基础上对员工满意度的提升提出对应策略,包括调整 组织结构提升员工参与度、推动员工融合提升管理水平、加强企业文化建设提升 员工归属感。然后对提升效果进行评价,并与并购前的员工满意度进行对比,检 测策略的有效性。最后对全文进行总结并对目前的研究进行展望。 本文的研究成果可以为我国同类技术企业提供一定的参考,也为同类企业在 并购中员工满意度的提升工作提供更广阔的思路。 关键词:企业并购;人力资源整合;员工满意度 II ABSTRACT Due to the unprecedented fierce market competition, under this situation, companies have gradually begun to conduct more and more frequent mergers and acquisitions. In the process of this work, whether the merger can be successfully completed to achieve the desired results, and the employee satisfaction of the post-merger enterprise plays a particularly critical role. In this context, studying the improvement of employee satisfaction after corporate mergers and acquisitions is particularly critical for mergers and acquisitions. This article discusses how to effectively improve employee satisfaction in an M&A environment. First, a large number of literature searches were conducted, and the current literature related to enterprise merger and acquisition; the integration of human resources; Employee satisfaction was collected systematically, and they were identified and sorted to understand the background of the topic selection and the existing research results. Introduce the research significance of the research background of the paper, and clarify the research content and research methods of this paper. Secondly, the related basic concepts are described in detail, mainly including the concepts and characteristics of employee satisfaction, the methods and conditions of corporate mergers and acquisitions, the essence, form, and principles of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and related concepts and theoretical foundations of human resource integration. Third, analyze the current situation of employee satisfaction after XC Group acquired Q Company. Taking XC Group as the research background, guided by the hierarchy of needs theory, expectation theory, fairness theory and two-factor theory, surveys on employee satisfaction through questionnaires and interviews, summarizes the causes of problems, and employee satisfaction The problem of insufficient degree is mainly caused by overlapping organizational structures, ignoring the importance of human resource integration, and corporate culture conflicts. Fourth, on this basis, we propose corresponding strategies for improving employee satisfaction, including adjusting the organizational structure to enhance employee participation, promoting employee integration to improve management level, and strengthening corporate culture to enhance employees' sense of belonging. Finally, summarize the full text and prospect the current research. The research results of this article can provide a certain reference for similar III technology companies in my country, and also provide a broader idea for similar companies to improve employee satisfaction in mergers and acquisitions.
