I 摘要 旅游产业是我国的战略性产业,该产业的发展空间十分广阔。在旅游消费中,旅 游住宿消费所占比重较大,酒店业是旅游产业的一个重要支柱
,它为我国旅游产业的 发展做出了巨大贡献。但观察现状可知,酒店行业的员工流失问题不断加剧,人员波 动较大。酒店行业为劳动密集型行业,人力资源的争夺是该行业竞争
的一个主要体现, 酒店行业的发展离不开人力资源的支撑,人力资源成为影响酒店发展的一个重要因素。 因此,在现代企业管理下,盘活现有人才、实施人才经营战略、减少人
才流失是十分 重要的工作。适当的人才流程是企业的常态,但当流失率一直高于同行及市场时,应 获得企业的重视。目前大部分企业对人员流失局限于对离职原因的分析及反馈
,并没 有落实了解员工满意度相关对策及从经营成本方向思考。连锁经营酒店工作地分布全 国各地,任职人员为满足公司发展要求,常年进驻外地是该行业的特征。由于受到市
场及旅游业的大力发展影响,Z酒店管理有限公司处于高速发展阶段,但管理上仍存在 重视对人力资源管理不足、流动性高于市场同行业竞品企业、与投资方意见不统一等 不利因
素,严重影响了酒店管理公司实现人力资源稳定发展、从而影响企业营收及品 牌发展。如何在当前情况下提升员工满意度,建立稳定的人才梯队是Z酒店管理有限 公司现阶段必须
解决的关键问题。 本文借鉴最新的理论研究和成功实践对Z酒店管理公司员工离职的内部及外部原 因分析,针对目前公司人员情况设计满意度调查问卷,结合行业及企业的实际情
况, 提出人员流失对于企业的影响及对应方法;从工作满意度,组织承诺、工作寻找行为及 留职意图对员工的离职原因多方面进行分析,提出从员工关怀、企业文化、培训晋升
等方面的改善措施,从而提升员工满意度、减少核心人才的流失、增强企业的竞争力。 对于Z酒店管理公司而言,公司规模的不断扩大和服务质量要求不断提升的条件下, 如何留
住优秀管理人才对公司往后的发展具有不容忽视的意义。目前针对单一品牌的 显著问题进行研究,不仅改善本品牌的个人问题,还能通过本次研究使Z酒店管理公 司所在集团及其

Asoneofthethreepillarsoftourismindustry,hotelindustryhasanindeliblecontributionto
China'stourismindustry.Atthesametime,wehavetopayattentiontoarealsituation:the
staffturnoverrateinthehotelindustryishigh,andtheflowoftalentsisfrequent.Hotel industryisatypicallabor-intensiveindustry.Thecompetitionofhotelindustrymainly
focusesonthecompetitionofstaffresources,especiallytheoccupationofhumanresources.
Therefore,talentsgraduallybecomethekeyfactorforthesustainabledevelopmentofhotel
industry.Therefore,underthemodernenterprisemanagement,itisveryimportanttoactivate
theexistingtalents,implementthetalentmanagementstrategyandreducethebraindrain. Propertalentflowisthenormalofenterprises.Whentheturnoverrateisalwayshigherthan

industry,andlackofsupportfrominvestors,whichseriouslyaffectthestabledevelopmentof
humanresourcesofthehotelmanagementcompany,thusaffectingthecompany'srevenue andbranddevelopment.Howtoimproveemployeesatisfactioninthecurrentsituationand

satisfactionquestionnaireforthecurrentcompany'sstaffsituation,andproposestheimpact
