吉林银行个人理财业务发展战略研究 近年来,我国金融市场竞争日益激烈,金融产品日益丰富。除传统竞争者 外,支付宝、京东金融、美团等互联网 公司也开始跨界金融业,凭借其雄厚的 客户资源和科技实力,异军突起,竞争实力不容小觑。众多银行也开始进行改 革,以谋求未来持续性发展。由于零售银行业务在改革过程 中具有易执行、见 效快的特点,众多商业银行将转型的重点放在了零售银行业务上。而在这其 中,由于存贷差效益的进一步缩水,个人理财业务呈现出了广阔的发展前景。 个人 理财业务又称财富管理业务是商业银行为个人客户提供的财务分析、 财务规划、投资顾问、资产管理等专业化服务的活动。目前已经成为众多发达 国家银行的重要利润来源。 本 文重点对吉林银行个人理财业务进行了全面的阐述,主要针对业务目前 的发展现状进行了分析和评价,分别从战略、产品、内部管理三方面进行说 明,并结合实际与竞争的对手 情况,进行了相应的对比研究。同时,对吉林银 行个人理财业务在战略管理、客户管理、渠道建设、风险控制四方面存在的问 题进行了阐述,并进一步对产生问题的原因进行分 析,包括外部原因分析、内 部原因分析,并通过宏观环境分析、企业内部分析、竞争环境分析对企业内外 部环境情况进行了梳理,最后利用 SWOT 分析模型明确战略发展方向。 本文通过对吉林银行个人理财业务存在的问题进行分析,选择了以金融科 技为依托的差异化战略方案,并在此基础上推动:战略、客户、渠道、风险四 方面管理模式的改革,最 终构造跨界生态系统,实现多方合作者的互利共赢, 推动银行良性发展。以期为吉林银行在未来进行个人理财业务转型时提供参 考。 关键词: 大数据,银行理财,战略管理, 金融科技II ABSTRACT Inrecent years,China'sfinancialmarket has becomeincreasinglycompetitive,and its financial products have become increasingly abundant. In addition to traditional competitors,Alipay,JDFinance,MeituanandotherInternet companieshavealsobegun to cross-border financial industries. With their strong customer resources and scientific and technological strength, a new force has emerged and their competitive strength cannot be underestimated. Many banks have also begun reforms to seek sustainable development in the future. Due to the characteristics of easy implementation and quick results in the reform of retail banking, many commercial banks have focused on the transformation of retail banking. Among them, due to the further shrinkage of the savings and loans, the personal wealth management business has shown broad prospects for development. Personal wealth management business, also known as wealth management business, is a commercial banking activity that provides professional services such as financial analysis, financial planning, investment consulting, and asset management for individual customers.At present, it has become an important source of profits for banks in many developed countries. This article focuses on a comprehensive description of the personal wealth management business of Bank of Jilin.
