21世纪是人才的世纪,人力资源逐渐成为了现代企业核心竞争力中最为重 要的组成部分,如何有效提升自身人力资源的效力成为了现阶段企业人力资 源管 理中的重点,而人才激励机制的建设则是重中之重。鉴于此,本文选择J建筑公 司为研究对象,以建筑企业人才激励机制为研究方向,采用文献资料研究法、实 证研究法以 及问卷调查法的方式,在对建筑企业人才激励机制相关理论予以概述 的基础上,通过问卷调查的方式,就建筑公司人力资源现状,从薪酬体系和绩效 考核两个部分予以调查分析 ,重点对J建筑公司人才激励机制现状进行实证调 查,分析J建筑公司人才当前激励机制中存在的问题以及所存在问题的原因。最 后针对调查分析出的问题,就J建筑公司人才激励 机制的完善途径予以研究,得 出研究成果。 J建筑公司现阶段在人才激励机制部分存在着激励效果差、绩效考核绩效作 用未充分发挥、培训及晋升激励不足等问题,其原因集中 在激励目标定位不合理、 绩效考核机制不完善、激励手段单一几方面。这些问题可在物质激励与精神激励 有机结合、长期激励与短期激励有机结合、差异性激励原则、公平公正 原则等原 则下,通过绩效考核体系重建、物质与精神激励并行、实施差异化激励、注重企 业人性化和制度化文化建设等措施予以改善,提升公司人才激励效果。 关键词:人才激 励机制;建筑企业;人力资源管理 II Abstract The21stcenturyisacenturyoftalents.Humanresourceshavegraduallybecome themostimportantpartofthecorecompetitivenessofmodernenterprises.Howto effectivelyenhancetheeffectivenessoftheirownhumanresourceshasbecomethe focusofhumanresourcesmanagementinenterprisesatthisstage.Theconstructionof talentincentivemechanismisthemostimportant.Inviewofthis,thisarticlechooses JConstructionCompanyastheresearchobjecttakesthetalentincentivemechanism oftheconstructionenterpriseastheresearchdirection,adoptstheliteratureresearch method,thedemonstrationresearchmethodandthequestionnairesurveymethod.On thebasisofsummarizingtherelatedfieldsoftalentincentivemechanismin constructionenterprises,thispaperdiscussesthehumanresourcesofconstruction companiesbymeansofquestionnaire.Fromthetwopartsofsalarysystemand performanceappraisal,thispapermakesanempiricalinvestigationonthecurrent situationofthetalentincentivemechanismofJconstructioncompany,andanalyzes theproblemsandcausesofthecurrentincentivemechanismofJconstruction company.Finally,accordingtotheinvestigationandanalysisoftheproblems,J constructioncompanytoimprovethetalentincentivemechanismtobestudied,the researchresults. AtthepresentstageofJConstructionCompany,therearesomeproblemsinthis enterprise,suchaspoorincentiveeffect,insufficientperformancefunctionof performanceappraisal,insufficienttrainingandpromotionincentive,andsoon.The reasonisthattheorientationofincentivegoalisunreasonable.Theperformance appraisalmechanismisnotperfect;theincentivemeansissingleseveralaspects. Undertheprinciplesoforganiccombinationofmaterialincentiveandspiritual incentive,long-termincentiveandshort-termincentive,differentialincentive principleandfairandequitableprinciple,thematerialandspiritualincentivescanbe reconstructedthroughtheperformanceappraisalsystem.Implementdifferentiation incentive,payattentiontoenterprisehumanizationandinstitutionalizecultural construction,etc.Thebodytalentedpersonstimulatestheeffect.
