I 摘要 设备维修是企业重要的管理内容之一,在日益激烈的市场竞争中,企业提升 设备维修效率和可靠性,对提升企业的竞争力显得尤为关键。项目
管理作为一门 科学,在众多工程领域得到应用,并取得了非常显著的成效。近年来,设备维修 领域有许多企业运用项目管理展开探索和尝试。L公司也是其中一员,但一直没能
取得预期效果。 本文分析了L公司的设备维修管理现状,以及在大修中实施维修项目管理出 现的问题,指出L公司存在对项目管理理解偏差,项目管理人才短缺、项目管理 流程不
完善等诸多问题。并对以上问题逐一分析,找出根本原因。 本文运用项目管理的有关理论,重新梳理了L公司的维修项目管理流程,从 组织建设、流程管理、风险管理等几个方面
,提出实施维修项目管理的改进建议。 本文认为L公司应集中资源对重大维修项目实施项目管理,并成立项目管理 办公室PMO对项目实施进行指导,培养项目管理人才,积累管理
经验。特别要注 意做好维修项目的风险管理。 关键词:设备维修,项目管理,维修项目管理、改进 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Equipment maintenance is one of the important
management contents of enterprises. In the increasingly fierce market competition, it is particularly important to improve the efficiency and reliability of
equipment maintenance. As a science, project management has been applied in many engineering fields, and achieved very significant results. In recent years,
many enterprises in the field of equipment maintenance try touse project management to explore. L company is also one of them, but has not been able to
achieve the expected results. This paper analyzes the current situation of equipment maintenance management in L company, and the problems in the
implementation of maintenance project management in overhaul. It points out that l company has many problems, such as the misunderstanding of project
management, the shortage of project management talents, and the imperfection of project management process. And analyze the above problems one by one to find
out the root cause. Based on the theory of project management, this paper re combs the maintenance project management process of L company, and puts forward
suggestions for improvement of maintenance project management from organization construction, process management, risk control and other aspects. This paper
holds that L company should concentrate resources to implement project management for major maintenance projects, establish PMO to guide project
implementation, train project management talents and accumulate management experience. Pay special attention to the risk management of maintenance projects.
