I 摘要 对一个企业而言,一套科学的、易于操作的绩效考核体系至关重要。可以使员 工明确自己职责和任务,畅通员工与管理者的沟通渠道,可以激 励、约束员工行为, 使他们工作更加投入,可以增强团队凝聚力,帮助企业实现效益的持续发展。科学 的绩效考核体系可以促进形成一个以绩效为导向的企业文化,给员工提供 表达自己 工作愿望和期望的机会。 本文以W供电公司绩效考核体系为研究对象,运用问卷调查和访谈的方法收集 W供电公司员工对现行绩效考核体系感知的相关数据,通过数据整 理分析W供电公 司目前绩效考核体系存在的问题。针对存在问题,运用关键绩效指标法(KPI)结合 目标管理法对W供电公司本部各部门的绩效指标体系进行完善,通过采用定量考 核 与定性考核相结合完善基层供电所员工的考核方式,通过对部门采用360度绩效评 价来优化部门绩效等级评价工作。为了保证优化方案的有效实施,从建立组织保障 机制、建 立绩效闭环管理、提升培训宣传力度和加强考核结果应用四个方面提出了 针对性的保障措施。本文研究内容对于促进W供电公司完善绩效考核体系、为实现 公司战略目标和年度重 点工作任务全面落实提供有价值的借鉴和指导,对于其他县 级供电企业提升绩效水平也有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词绩效;绩效考核;关键绩效指标;目标管理;360度绩效考核 河北科技大学硕士学位论文 II Abstract Foracompany,ascientificandeasy-to-operateperformanceappraisalsystemisgreat important.Itcanmakeemployeesclearoftheirresponsibilitiesandworktasks,itcan openupthewaysofcommunicationbetweenemployeesandleaders,italsocanmotivate andrestrictemployee’sbehavior.Itcanmakethemworkwithmoreenthusiasmand strengthenteamcohesion.Finally,itcanhelpthecompanyachievingsustainable developmentoftheirbenefits.Ascientificperformanceappraisalsystemcanhelpa companyformthecultureofperformance-oriented,provideopportunitiesforemployees toexpresstheirjobwishesandexpectations. ThisresearchtakestheperformanceappraisalsystemofWPowerSupplyCompanyas theobject.Firstly,usingquestionnairesandinterviewsmethodtocollectinginformationof WPowerSupplyCompanyemployeestotheperformanceappraisalsystem.Secondly, analyzecurrentproblemsintheperformanceappraisalsystemofWPowerSupply Companythroughcollectingandorganizingdata.Fortheproblems,Improveperformance appraisalsystemofthevariousdepartmentsintheWPowerSupplyCompanythrough usingthemethodofKeyPerformanceIndicatorsandTargetManagement.Improvethe assessmentmethodofthestaffinthebasicpowersupplystationthroughcombine QuantitativeassessmentmethodwithQualitativeassessmentmethod.Establishascientific departmentperformancelevelevaluationplanthroughthe360-degreeperformance assessmentmethod.Intheend,inordertoensuretheeffectiveimplementationofthe optimizationplan,wesetupfourtargetedsafeguardmeasures.Improvingthe improvingoftrainingandpublicity.Establishthemechanismofperformanceclosed-loop managementandstrengthentheapplicationofassessmentresults.Thecontentofthis researchisvaluableforimprovingtheperformanceevaluationsystemofWPowerSupply Companies,Itprovidevaluablelessonsandguidancetoachievestrategicgoalsand completetheannualkeyworktasksinthecompany.Also,itcanprovidereferencefor othercountypowercompaniesforimprovingperformance.
