随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,中国石油行业也受到了巨大的影响。2014年下半 年以来,国际油价低位运行,致使大庆油田的经营发展也面临着严
峻的挑战。在瞬息万 变的商业环境中,企业在挑战中找寻机遇,从物资管理入手来降低企业运行成本。在高 重视物资管理的同时,不断整合和完善供应链管理,以战略发展的高
度,解决物资管理 中存在的问题,从而提高经济效益。 本文就以大庆油田第三采油厂为研究对象,以规范管理、降低成本、提高效率为目 的,分析了解国内外学者对物资管理的
研究现状,阐述物资管理及其相关概念。在理论 研究的基础上,对大庆油田第三采油厂物资管理的基本情况进行概述。从物资管理部门 的机构设置、计划管理、采购管理以及仓
储管理四个方面展开分析,对第三采油厂物资 管理的相关人员展开问卷调查。针对调查问卷所反映的现象,结合实地访谈法进行分析, 总结得出目前大庆油田第三采油厂物资管
理存在的问题。即机构设置有交叉、计划制定 不完善、采购价格无标准和仓储管理不规范。为了解决这些问题提出组织机构、计划管 理、采购管理及仓储管理的改进对策。通过
整合物资机构、明确计划制订的方式、科学 地确定采购价格、科学分配库房等方式,达到改善物资机构设置、增强物资计划准确性、 降低物资采购成本、强化仓储管理水平的目

-changing businessenvironment,enterpriseslookforopportunitiesinthechallenges,startingwith
materialmanagementtoreducethecostofenterpriseoperation.Whileattachinggreat importancetomaterialmanagement,weshouldintegrateandperfectthesupplychain
managementtosolvetheproblemsinmaterialmanagementandimprovetheeconomic benefit. Inordertostandardizethemanagement,reducethecostandimprovetheefficiency,this
papertakesthethirdoilproductionplantinDaqingFieldastheresearchobject,analyzesthe
researchstatusofmaterialmanagementbydomesticandforeignscholars,andexpoundsthe
materialmanagementanditsrelatedconcepts.Onthebasisoftheoreticalresearch,thispaper
summarizesthebasicsituationofmaterialmanagementofthethirdoilproductionplantin DaqingField.Thispaperanalyzestheorganizationsetup,planmanagement,purchase
managementandstoragemanagementofthematerialmanagementdepartment,andmakesa questionnairesurveytotherelatedpersonnelofmaterialmanagementinthethirdoil
extractionplant.Basedontheanalysisofthequestionnaireandthefieldinterview,the problemsinthematerialmanagementofthethirdoilproductionplantinDaqingFieldare
summarized.Thatis,therearecross-organization,imperfectplanning,non-standard procurementpricesandwarehousemanagementisnotstandardized.Inordertosolvethese
problems,putforwardtheorganization,PlanningManagement,ProcurementManagement andWarehouseManagementImprovementMeasures.Throughtheintegrationofmaterial
organizations,thewayofmakingclearplans,thescientificdeterminationofpurchaseprices,
thescientificallocationofwarehousesandothermeans,toimprovetheestablishmentof
materialinstitutions,enhancetheaccuracyofmaterialplanning,reducethecostofmaterial procurement,strengthenthelevelofwarehousingmanagement.Effectivelysolvethe
