一汽红旗智能网联汽车业务发展战略研究 2017 年 9 月一汽集团进行全面改革,集团总部直接运营红旗,先后成立智 能网联开发院、红旗销售公司等 多个组织机构完善运营体系,并吸引众多优秀 合作伙伴,签署战略合作框架协议。2018 年,一汽在人民大会堂开启新红旗品 牌战略发布会,将以智能网联汽车作为核心业务产品 ,肩负起历史赋予中国汽 车产业的重任,实现中国汽车工业弯道超车。因此,一汽红旗智能网联汽车业 务的发展情况,将成为未来几年衡量一汽集团发展的重要指标。 本文借助 企业战略管理理论,通过实例研究分析法和案例研究法,利用 SWOT 分析工具,对一汽红旗智能网联汽车业务进行系统分析。结合当前中国 汽车产业现状,本文分析了一汽红旗智 能网联汽车业务的发展现状,解析出一 汽红旗智能网联汽车业务的问题所在,主要体现在研发能力不足,产品制造成 本升高,客户意见反馈困难等方面。文中对一汽集团的内外 环境分析,借助SWOT 分析工具整理出一汽红旗智能网联汽车业务的优劣势和战略实施方向。最后, 本文通过波士顿矩阵得出一汽红旗智能网联汽车业务的可行战略,并对战略实 施和战略保障进行了阐释。一汽红旗将通过研发和营销强化战略,提升产品技 术竞争力和市场占有率;通过相关多元化战略,打造核心零部件供应链,降低 产品成本等。同时, 通过人力资源体系改革,保障人才储备,以更开放的姿态 加强技术交流与合作,形成大研发格局;联动质量保障体系,建立品牌质量口 碑,配合营销体系改革,实现红旗品牌的 全面复兴。 本文结合一汽集团的现实状况,对红旗智能网联汽车业务发展战略进行研 究,在一定程度上,帮助红旗品牌选择了一个发展方向,同时,为红旗品牌在 汽车行业获取 并保持竞争优势地位提供了一些指导性意见,也为其他企业在业 务发展上选择契合自身的战略提供了参考。 关键词:智能网联汽车,发展战略,SWOT 分析,波士顿矩阵I Abstract Research on the Strategic Development of Intelligent Connected Vehicle of Hongqi in FAW FAW Group carried out comprehensive reforms in September 2017. The Group's headquarters directly operated Hongqi brand, and established a number of organizations to improve Hongqi brand operations like setting up the Intelligent Network Development Institute and the Hongqi Sales Company. FAW Group has attracted many outstanding partners and signed strategic cooperation framework agreements. FAW launched the new Hongqi brand strategy press conference in the Great Hall of the People in 2018. The new Hongqi brand uses intelligent connected cars as its core business product, shouldering the important task that the history entrusts to the Chinese automobile industry, to realize the corner overtaking of Chinese automobile industry. Therefore, the development of FAW Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business will become one of the important indicators for evaluating FAW Group in the next few years. Based on the strategic management theory of the company, this paper uses the case study analysis method and case study method, and uses SWOT analysis tools to conduct a systematic analysis of the FAW Hongqi intelligent connected car business. Based on the current status of China's automobile industry, this article analyzed the current status of FAW Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business and the problems of FAW Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business, mainly reflected in insufficient research and development capabilities, increased product manufacturing costs, and difficulties in customer feedback. This paper analyzed the internal and external environmental of the FAW Group and used SWOT analysis tools, and sorted out the advantages and disadvantages and strategic implementation directions of the FAW Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business. This article used the Boston Matrix to get the feasible strategy of FAW Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business, andII explained the strategy implementation and strategic guarantee. FAW Hongqi will strengthen its strategy through research and development and marketing to improve product technological competitiveness and market share. Through related diversification strategies, FAW has built a core parts supply chain and reduced product costs. At the same time, through reform of the human resources system, FAW has ensured its talent pool, strengthened technical exchanges and cooperation with a more open attitude, and formed a large R & D pattern. Through the joint quality assurance system, FAW has established a reputation for brand quality and cooperated with the reform of the marketing system to achieve a comprehensive rejuvenation of the Hongqi brand. Based on the current situation of FAW Group, this paper studies the development strategy of Hongqi Intelligent Connected Car business. To a certain extent, it helped the Hongqi brand choose a development direction. At the same time, this article provides some guidance for the Hongqi brand to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage in the automotive industry, and also provides a reference for other companies to choose their own strategies in business development.。。。。。。以下内容略
