安全生产是供电企业的生命线。特别是在电力已成为国家的支柱能源和经济命脉的 今天，电力生产安全不仅关系到电力企业自身的生存、效益和发展，还直接影响国民经 济的发展、人民群众的正常生活和稳定。 对于国家电网公司而言，最关心的就是电网的安全可靠性，只有电网的安全可靠性 有所保障，才能确保电网公司的高速发展，进一步促进整个社会的安全稳定。因此国家 电网一方面在公司实际生产活动过程中不断汲取宝贵经验，另一方面从如何更好的做好 企业安全管理出发，制定了相应的安全管理体系。其中本文的研究对象宝鸡供电公司， 作为安全管理体系的提出者、参与者以及实践者，在体系建立的过程中，已经初步形成 了电网公司以人为本的价值观，并且对于各种生产工作有了更严苛的标准，通过各种方 式不断提高各类员工对安全生产的认识以及岗位技术水平。 本文结合宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建设的特点，首先从安全生产体系建 设的意义和体系建设的作用等方面入手，分析了宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建 设的必要性。其次，论文详细阐述了宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系架构、运行现 状和存在问题，为完善宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建设提出对策支持。最后， 采用安全生产管理体系建设理论研究和公司实际情况融合的思路，并且根据国内外其他 企业的经验成果，继续完善宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建设相关的关键点和着 力点，提出改进宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建设的具体对策。本文研究结论能 为宝鸡供电公司安全生产风险管理体系建设提供实际意义的指导与启示，得到的相关经 验可以为陕西其它电力公司安全生产风险管理体系建设提供一定的借鉴作用。 关 键 词：宝鸡供电公司；安全生产风险；管理体系；电力公司 研究类型：应用研究Subject ： Research on the implementing of Safe Production Risk Management System of in Baoji Power Supply Bureau Specialty：Master of Business Administration Name ：Teng Peng （Signature） Instructor：Wang Xinping （Signature） ABSTRACT Safety production is the lifeline of power supply companies.
