煤炭是我国重要的基础能源和原料，作为关系国民经济命脉的重要基础产业，虽然 近年来我国煤炭行业获得了巨大发展，生产供应和消费呈现大幅度增长的态势，但是局 部结构性矛盾仍然比较突出，煤炭供应不足的现象仍然迫切需要解决；项目可行性研究 主要是对整个工程项目的主要内容和配套条件进行比较透彻的研究与分析，为项目建设 提供比较科学数据支持和理论支持。可行性报告是一种比较系统化的分析方法，具有预 见性、公正性、可靠性、科学性的特点，是项目决策的重要依据，有着举足轻重的作用。 本文就是在这样的背景下，对赤城选煤厂项目可行性研究进行了分析。首先，结合 相关理论和赤诚煤矿选煤厂项目特点，从技术、经济、环境以及项目管理等方面构建出 可行性评估的指标体系；其次，利用因子分析等方法，对该洗煤厂项目进行评估，找到 影响该洗煤厂项目可行性关键因素；最后，针对当前洗煤厂项目存在问题，提出了改进 意见和对策。 本文主要有两大创新点：第一，构建了洗煤厂项目可行性评价的指标体系和可行性 评价标准，丰富了关于洗煤厂项目可行性评估的相关理论。第二，此外，在实地调研和 数据处理的基础之上，对洗煤厂项目的可行性进行了全面的评估和判断，对该项目风险 进行了量化分析，为企业的相关决策者制定出合理的改进方案。本文研究为企业合理评 估该项目提供了依据和参考作用,有效的避免了该项目建设过程中潜在风险。为企业认 清项目特点，制定出针对性的改建方案提供了借鉴和参考。 关键词：洗煤厂；项目；可行性 研究类型：专题研究Subject ：Feasibility research of Huating coal group, Chicheng Coal Preparation Plant Project Specialty ：Master of Business Administration Name ：Wang Gui ming （Signature） Instructor ：Li Peng lin （Signature） Abstract Coal is an important basis for energy and raw materials , energy in the 21st century is increasingly becoming an important strategic material situation, the status and role of coal resources in China's social and economic development is increasingly important. As the relationship between the national economy an important basic industries . Although in recent years China's coal industry is a huge development , production supply and consumption showed substantial growth, but local structural contradictions are still prominent , inadequate coal supply is still an urgent need to address the phenomenon . The project feasibility study, the main content of the whole project and supporting conditions for more thorough research and analysis to provide more scientific data to support and theoretical support for the project construction. The feasibility report is a systematic method of analysis, with predictability, fairness, reliability, characteristics of the scientific; it is the important basis of the project decision-making plays an important role. This article is in this background, the feasibility study of the project of Chicheng coal preparation plant. First of all, combined with the related theory and the sincerity of coal preparation plant project characteristic, construct the index system of evaluation from technology, economic feasibility, environment and project management; secondly, using factor analysis method, to evaluate the coal washing plant project, find the key factors of feasibility of Washery projects; finally, in view of the current coal preparation plant project problems, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures. This paper has two main innovations: First , the feasibility of constructing the index system and evaluation standard coal washery project feasibility assessment , enriching the theory on coal washery project feasibility assessment. Second , in addition, based on field research and data processing above , the feasibility of coal washery project to conduct a comprehensive assessment and judgment, the project conducted a quantitative risk analysisfor enterprise decision-makers to develop a reasonable correlation improvement program. This paper is a reasonable assessment of the project provided the basis for enterprise and reference. The project effectively avoid the potential risk of the construction process . Enterprises recognize the characteristics of the project , to develop targeted reconstruction program provides useful reference .
