随着经济的不断发展,企业所面临的竞争越发残酷,生产制造行业中的 企业为提高企业自身竞争力,使员工的绩效与企业目标保持一致,越发重视绩效 评估在企业管理中的应用。本文以人力资源管理的先进理念为指导,通过对国内 外企业绩效评估方案的优缺点的分析,结合 N 公司的绩效评估工作现状,在绩效 评估方案的设计中引入多方评估体系,加强了绩效评估过程中对员工的行为导向。 在实地访谈以及问卷调查的基础上,通过认真分析目标人群的工作特点,对设备 维护人员的绩效评估方案进行了设计。 本文由绪论、正文、结论组成,共分六章,其主要内容如下, 第一章,绪论,阐述了课题研究的目的和意义,在分析国内外企业绩效评估方 案的同时,介绍了研究的内容以及使用的方法。 第二章,绩效评估方案设计的理论基础,论述了绩效评估工作的主要内容,分 析了员工绩效与团队绩效的关系,并介绍了绩效评估的基本方法以及典型的考评 模型。 第三章,N 公司设备维护人员的工作和职位分析,针对目标人群中的不同岗位 进行工作内容分析,并编制职位说明书。 第四章,N 公司设备维护人员的绩效评估现状,详细阐述了目前实施的绩效评 估方案,同时对其优缺点进行分析。 第五章,绩效评估方案的改进和实施方案,根据企业目标的变更,建立切合实 际的绩效评估标准。引入新的评估技术,改进绩效评估方案。并选定工作区域, 通过新旧绩效评估方案的对比实施,找出评估方案中需改善的地方。 第六章,研究结论及远景发展,提出本文的研究结论,分析研究过程中存在的 不足,指出改善的方向。 关键词,企业员工 绩效评估 设备维护人员 方案设计III Design for N company equipment maintenance personnel performance evaluation schemes Major: Business Administration Graduate student: Li Qiang Tutor: Luo Yuanqing Abstract ,With the meconic growth and the brutal market competition, the manufacturing industry pays more attention to the practice of performance evaluation in the business management, in order to improve the competitiveness and ensure the individual performance align with the company’s development goals. This article use advanced concepts of human resources management as a guide, through the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the domestic and foreign enterprises performance evaluation program, combined with the current situation of the N performance evaluation work, the introduction of multi-party evaluation system performance evaluation program designed to strengthen the performance evaluationguide the behavior of employees in the process.. Through the analysis the working characteristics of target population seriously, the article is also discussed the performance evaluation proposal design for equipment maintenance engineer, based on the interview and questionaries survey. The paper consists of the introduction, body and conclusion(totally six chapters), the main content of as follows: Chapter 1, Introduction: the paper elaborates the research meaning and the purpose of the subject, it introduces contents of the research and implement methods as well as analyzes the performance appraisal proposals in and abroad. Chapter 2, The theory foundation of performance evaluation design: it discusses the main content of the performance evaluation, and analysis of the relationship between employee performance and team performance, and introduced the basic methods of performance evaluation, and typical of the evaluation model. Chapter 3, Job and position analysis of equipment maintenance engineer in N company: it analyzes routine work in the each positions of the target team, and the preparation of job descriptions.IV Chapter 4, The performance evaluation status of equipment maintenance engineer in N company: it discusses the used performance evaluation proposal and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages detail. Chapter 5, The improvement and implementation of the program of performance evaluation program: According to the adjustments of company’s goal, it should establish the practical performance evaluation standards, introduces the new evaluation methods and eliminate the problems in the performance evaluation. And selected work area, through the contrast of the old and the new performance evaluation program implementation, and to identify areas for improvement in the assessment program. Chapter 6, Conclusion and perspective: Presented the conclusions of this study, the shortcomings in the analysis process, and pointed out the direction of improvement.
