盘锦市盘山县污水处理厂改造工程可行性研究 随着改革开放的推进和城市经济水平的发展,盘锦市盘山县的工业水平和居 民的生活水平都有了全面的提高,但随之产生的废水也越来越多。且近年来国家 在环境污染治理方面的重视程度不断提高,污水排放标准也在不断升级。2008 年辽宁省环保厅颁布的《辽宁省污水综合排放标准》(DB21/1627-2008)中规定 盘锦市盘山县污水处理厂出水标准由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》 (GB18918-2002)中的一级 B 标准提升为一级 A 标准,因此需要对盘锦市盘山 县污水处理厂进行升级改造,使其出水水质达到一级 A 标准。本文根据盘锦市 盘山县污水处理厂目前的情况,分析对比了多种污水处理工艺,确定了改造方案 和流程。 本次改造工程内容包括:保留格栅、提升泵房、鼓风机房、二沉池、污泥脱 水、人工湿地等现有设施,维修或更换部分损坏或不适用的设备、仪表、材料。 强化预处理,增加水解池。本次改造工程拟用 A 2 /O 池代替原来的 A/O 池,强化 了工艺的脱氮、除磷功能,配套生物除臭装置和三级过滤设施,生化池前增加调 节水池,以适应进水水质的波动。 盘锦市盘山县污水处理改造工程具有一定的必要性和可行性,此次改造不仅 能有效地提高盘山县的污水处理能力,维持城市污水处理系统的正常运转,而且 可以给城市带来良好的环境、经济和社会效益,对盘锦市的生态文明建设具有一 定的积极作用。 关键词: 污水处理厂;改造工程;可行性分析;A 2 /OII Abstract The Feasibility Study on Reconstruction Project of Panshan County Sewage Treatment Plant in Panjin City With the advancement of reform and opening-up and the development of the city’s economic level, the industrial level of Panshan County in Panjin City and the living standards of residents have all improved. However, more and more waste water is generated. In recent years, the state has placed greater emphasis on environmental pollution control, and sewage discharge standards have also been continuously upgraded. The (DB21/1627-2008) promulgated by the Environmental Protection Department of Liaoning Province in 2008 stipulates that the effluent standard of the Panshan County Sewage Treatment Plant in Panjin Municipality shall be the (GB18918-2002). The grade I B standard in China has been upgraded to grade I A. Therefore, it is necessary to upgrade Panshan Sewage Treatment Plant in Panjin City so that the quality of the effluent meets grade I A standards. Based on the current situation of the Panshan County sewage treatment plant in Panjin City, this paper analyzes and compares various wastewater treatment processes, and determines the transformation plan and process. The renovation project includes: retaining grids, lifting pump rooms, blower rooms, secondary sedimentation tanks, sludge dewatering, constructed wetlands and other existing facilities, repair or replace some damaged or inapplicable equipment, instruments, materials, strengthen pretreatment Increase the hydrolysis tank. In this renovation project, A 2 /O pools are used to replace the original A/O pools, and the nitrogen removal and phosphorus removal functions of the process, the biological deodorization equipment and the tertiary filtration facilities are enhanced, and the adjustment tanks are added before the biochemical pools to adapt to the process. Water quality fluctuations.III The Panshan County Sewage Treatment and Renovation Project in Panjin City has certain necessity and feasibility. This transformation can not only effectively improve the sewage treatment capacity of Panshan County, maintain the normal operation of the urban sewage treatment system, but also bring a good environment to the city. Economic and social benefits have certain positive effects on the construction of ecological civilization in Panjin City.
