I 南京高校开展极限飞盘新项目可行性研究 中文摘要 极限飞盘运动是一项集技巧、智能、经济等综合优势的运动项目,起源于美国, 具有极强的竞技性、观赏性,锻炼身体价值极高,在欧美许多国家有着很好的的群众 基础和比较发达的赛事体系,在世界各地大概有上百万人在参与这项运动。极限飞盘 运动在中国起步较晚,就其项目的基本特征而言,比较适合在国内以及高校普及开展。 近年来极限飞盘运动在国内的开展虽取得一定的进步,但与世界水平仍有很大的差 距,特别是在学校的普及率与其他项目比较相去甚远。 本文将通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计法、逻辑分析法,对南 京高校开展极限飞盘运动课程的可行性进行研究。研究结果认为,1、南京高校学生 对新兴体育课程需求较大;南京高校场地资源丰沛;新兴体育课程师资培训体系完善, 这三点为极限飞盘运动在南京高校的开展提供了有利的条件;2、从极限飞盘的运动 技术来看,其使用方法简单,只要结合简单的跑跳运动就可以完成相关动作,使得协 调性不是很好的学生也能在短时间内掌握基本玩法,可以在广大学生中短期内普及开 来;3、从极限飞盘运动课程的范例来看,它受到了广大学生的欢迎,大部分学生能 在教学活动中保持积极的态度,同时极限飞盘运动给学生带来了很好的锻炼效果。以 上三点充分说明在南京高校体育课程中普及开展极限飞盘运动课程完全可行。 关键词: 极限飞盘运动 南京高校 开展 可行性 作 者,魏 强 指导老师,颜辉萍英文摘要 南京高校开展极限飞盘新项目可行性研究 II To carry out a feasibility study of ultimate frisbee sports in Colleges and universities in Nanjing Abstract Frisbee movement originated in the United States, the first is a kind of throwing plates of the game, then slowly developed into a sport of athletics, ornamental and exercise value. Many countries have a fairly good mass base and a relatively developed competition system. There are probably millions of people worldwide often involved in the sport. Frisbee sports is a kind of intelligent, technique, economy and comprehensive sports. in terms of its project characteristic, it is suitable for popularization in China .But the frisbee movement started late in China. Although some progress, but there is still a big gap with the world level. In this paper, the feasibility of nanjing university to carry out the ultimate frisbee course were studied. Research suggests that Nanjing university students' demand for new physical education curriculum is bigger, nanjing university sports venue resources are abundant, emerging PE teachers training system is perfect, these three points as the ultimate frisbee sports colleges and universities in nanjing provides favorable conditions. Ultimate frisbee with the movement method is simple, the movement can be completed with a simple run and jump action, making that coordination is not a good student can be in a short period of time to master the basic gameplay. Ultimate frisbee movement was welcomed by the broad masses of students. Most students can keep a positive attitude in the activities. At the same time, ultimate frisbee sports gives students a good exercise effect. This fully shows that ultimate frisbee sports as emerging sports is popular in colleges and universities in nanjing, in nanjing. University sports curriculum implementation of ultimate frisbee sports is completely feasible.
