伴随着兰溪发电公司主营业务发电量逐年的下降,公司的盈利能力也逐年 下滑;为了维持公司的盈利能力,保证企业正常的运作,兰溪发电公司计划将 另一个产品蒸汽作为一个新的利润增长点。 燃煤发电企业集中供热改造是一项系统工程,它涉及工程设计、城市基础 设施建设等多个领域。兰溪发电公司采用热电联产方式向城市集中供热不仅提 高企业的盈利能力,同时也推进兰溪市成为规划合理,经济发展协调的现代化 城市。 对于兰溪发电公司集中供热改造项目的可行性分析,通过实地调查获取相 关数据后本文做了以下研究,首先,对项目的总体情况进行分析,主要包括项 目的必要性和热负荷现状分析;其次,对供热改造的市场可行性和技术可行性 进行了分析,主要对兰溪市的供热现状及市场需求进行了市场可行性的论述, 对汽轮机、锅炉、制水等设备进行供热改造的进行了技术可行性分析;对供热 改造方案主要技术设计原则、供热参数、供热管网布置等方面进行了详细的分 析,对该项目各方面进行了工程设想,以及该项目环境保护、节约能源等各方 面进行了概述;然后,对项目的经济效益进行了评价,从财务分析的角度判断 该项目在经济上的可行性,涉及到对项目的投资估算与资金筹措、经济效益分 析,对该项目进行了不确定分析,包括盈亏平衡分析、敏感性分析,对该项目 的社会影响、环境影响等社会效益方面的内容进行了综合分析。最后,得出兰 溪发电公司进行集中供热改造项目是可行的,为改造项目的建设和运营提供了 科学参考。 关键词,可行性;项目改造;集中供热;兰溪发电公司 II Abstract With LANXI Power Generation Company’s main business power generation canpacity has declined year by year,the company’s profitability has been declining;in order to maintain the company’s profitability,to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise, LANXI Power Generation Company plans to establish another product steam,as the company’s news profit growth point. Conventional coal-fired power plants Central Heating is a systematic project, which involves many areas of engineering design, urban infrastructure construction and so on. LANXI Power Generation Company adopts heat and power cogeneration way to urban central heating not only improve the profitability of the enterprise, but also promote the LANXI city to become a reasonable planning, economic development and coordination of modern cities. Analysis of the feasibility of the LANXI generation company Central Heating Project, after obtaining the relevant data through field survey this article made the following research and analysis: First of all, analysis of the overall situation of the project, mainly include necessity and thermal load situation analysis of the central heating reconstruction project. Secondly, make analysis of the feasibility of the market and major equipment, mainly heating status and market demand, mainly turbines, boilers, water system and other equipment. Afterwards, make a detailed analysis of the Heating Rebuilding of some key design principles, also heating parameters, heating pipe network layout and other aspects. Even, does a project conceived, a description of the project's environmental protection and energy conservation and other aspects. Then again, makes economic evaluation, furthermore to judge the feasibility of the project on the economy from the perspective of financial analysis related to the project investment and financing estimates, economic analysis; Farther, Uncertainty analysis of the project was carried out, including the break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis; makes a comprehensive analysis of the project from the content of social impact, environmental impact and other social aspect. Finally, it has come to the LANXI power generation company’s central heating reconstruction project works, providing a scientific reference for the construction and operation of the project.
