针对当前我国青少年体质现状,2006年12月23日,教育部!国家体育总 局!共青团中央联合下发了5关于开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动的决定6这 一活动的目的就是要通过阳光体育运动引导青少年走向操场!走近大自然!走到 阳光下,积极参加体育锻炼如今,阳光体育运动己在各级各类学校广泛开展, 但阳光体育运动在开展的过程中也面临诸多问题,如场地短缺!师资匿乏!学生 对所开展的运动项目缺乏兴趣等等为了更好的开展此项运动,探寻一种适合青 少年身心健康发展的体育运动项目,本文在大力推广阳光体育运动背景下对将定 向运动引入西安市中小学进行可行性分析,为更有效的推动阳光体育运动的开展 提供参考依据,从而真正地为青少年体质健康服务 本文运用文献资料法对阳光体育运动和定向运动的概念!特点进行阐述,综 述前人研究的成果,并在此基础上提出自己的观点;运用访谈法和问卷调查法调 查了解西安市中小学目前的师资现状!学生参与体育锻炼的情况以及师生对定向 运动的认知情况;运用实验法对西安小学124名!西安六中分校56名!技师学 院的40名学生进行定向运动实验,通过设计定向运动方案对学生们进行为期10 周的训练,调查了解学生对定向运动的喜爱程度和参与积极性及定向运动在中小 学实施个可行性:运用数理统计法对回收问卷进行统计分析其结论为: 1!目前西安市中小学生参加体育锻炼的现状了解到:学生参与体育锻炼的 兴趣较为浓厚,参与动机都比较积极,对参与体育锻炼的认识也较高;但受参与 锻炼的时间和空间限制,体育锻炼的质量并不高;学生在参与体育项目的选择上 具有明显的性别特征:影响中小学生参与体育锻炼的因素主要有:场地设施不足! 没有锻炼伙伴及因课业负担重导致时间短缺等等 2!作为一项新兴体育运动项目,定向运动还未被多数人所熟知目前西安 市中小学没有开展与定向运动有关的活动究其原因主要有以下几个方面:首先, 体育教师和学生对定向运动的认识不足是严重影响定向运动在中小学中开展的 因素之一;同时专业的教师资源及相配套的学习材料的缺乏也很大程度上影响学 生对定向运动的认知进度再者,专业的定向运动项目在器材配备方面要求较高, 如地图!指北针!打卡器!检查点等这对于经费短缺的体育部门来说也是一项 挑战,势必会影响定向运动在校园的开展 3!定向运动的项目特点与阳光体育运动所倡导的理念高度吻合,现如今阳 光体育运动开展的现状表明,体育场地缺乏成为困扰其正常开展的重要因素,而 定向运动的出现恰好可以缓解因场地缺乏给学校体育工作带来的困扰不难看 出,定向运动是一个比较好的阳光体育运动项目之一,它可以丰富阳光体育运动 的推广手段,也有助于阳光体育运动理念的宣传,值得大力推广将定向运动引阳光体育运动背景卜将定问运动引入西安市中小学的可行性研究 入中小学有利于素质教育的深入J一7展,也符合我国体育教育改革的方向,同时也 合乎学校体育发展的趋势定向运动的出现不仅丰富了中小学生的校园文化生 活,同时也为他们参与体育活动的方式注入了新的血液因此应积极采取各种有 效措施,全面推动这一新兴项目,为学校体育迈向健身体育!终身体育做出努力 4!各方态度调查表明,无论校方!体育教师还是学生,绝大多数都对中小 学引入定向运动持赞成的态度,这为定向运动在中小学校园的开展提供了良好的 群众基础虽然目前西安市中小学还没有开展与定向运动相关的课程,但通过观 察试验过程和对试验结果进行的统计结果看来,参与者对定向运动项目的兴趣浓 厚,参与热情极高,高达94.70q0的学生非常喜欢这一项目这也为定向运动在 中小学中的开设起到了宣传和示范作用 综上所述,将定向运动项目引入西安市中小学中是可行的,但目前要在西安 市中小学开展定向运动还有一定难度,针对这些问题本文提出以下建议: 1!应加大宣传力度,利用各种大众传媒界对定向运动做宣传,尤其是网络! 电视等定向运动不应该只是少数学生的运动,应通过宣传推广应该被更多的人 所认识和了解 2!利用全国体育教师资源,组织体育教学进行学习和培训,首先使体育教 师对定向运动有全面的认识,掌握定向技能为定向运动的开展提供相应的师资 保障 3!教育部门和体育行政部门应相互配合!互相协作,组织人员编写专门的 定向运动教材使其更加符合中小学生的认识和身心发展需要 4!在西安市中小学实施定向运动,可将器材设备加以创新,例如:我们可 以用小方凳!小红旗!环保袋用来替代检查卡,用水彩笔替代打卡器等将定向 运动进行改良创新,同时也为学校体育活动节省经费 关键词:中小学;阳光体育运动;定向运动;可行性 报告类型:基础研究阳光体育运动背景日各定向运动引入西安币中小学的一可行性研究 AbstraCt BasedontheeurrentPhysiealeonditionofteenagers,onDecember23,2006,the MinistryofEdueation,theStateSPortsGeneralAdministration,theCYLCentral Committeejointlyissuedthe0hundredsofmillionsofstudentsnationwideonthesun toearryoutthedeeisionsofsPorts.0ThePurPoseofthisaetivity15toguideteenagers throughsPortStowardsthesunPlayground,aPProachingthenatureWalkinthesun, andactivelyPartieiPateinPhysiealexereise.TOday,theSunlightSPortshavebeen widelyearriedoutinallkindsofschools,buttheSunlightSPorts15alsofacingmany ProblemsinearryingouttheProeessofsPorts,suehasshortageofsPaee,laekof teaehers,studentsearriedoutbylaekofinterestinsPortsand50on.Inordertoearry outthisexereisebetter,exPloringthePhysicalandmentalhealthofasPortfor teenagers.InthisPaPer,toPromoteSunlightSPortsmoVementagainstthebackground oftheintroduetionofPrimaryandMlddleSehoolswillbedireetedtoeondueta feasibilityanalysisforamoreeffeetivePromotionofsPortstoearryoutthesunto ProviderefereneetotherealPhysiealhealthservieesforyoungPe0Ple# InthisPaPer,literatureonsPortsandorienteeringsunofeoneePtsand eharaeteristiesdescribed,reviewedtheresultsofPreviousstudies,andPutforwardmy views;theuseofinterviewsandquestionnairesurveytounderstandtheeurrent PrimaryandMiddleSchoolstatusofteaehers,studentsPartieiPateinPhysiealexercise aswellasTheOrienteeringofteaehersandstudentsofeognition:theuseof exPerimentalmethodon124elementarysehoolsofXi.an,Xi.anBraneh56Sixth, TechnieianCollegeof40studentsonOrienteeringexPeriments,bydesigndireeted exerciseProgramSforthestudentsof10weeksoftraining,studentsinvestigateand understandtheextentandorientationfavoritesPortsandaetiveParticiPationin PrimaryandsecondaryschoolstoimPlementatargetedcamPaignfeasibility;theuse ofmathematiealstatistiesandstatistiealanalysisofquestionnaires.Theconelusion15: Firstly,throughtheeurrenteonditionofPrimaryandseeondarystudentstoPartieiPate inXi,anSPortsAetivitieshaveleamedthatstudentsinterestedinmoreintense Physiealtraining,PartieiPatinginPhysiealaetivityofmotivationaremoreaetiveand higherawarenessofsPorts,butbythetimeinvolvedintrainingandsPacearelimited.
