I 摘要 随着自动化技术、通信技术、计算机网络技术飞速发展,变电站综合自动化改造 以提高安全、可靠、稳定运行,降低人工维护维修以及经济成本作为发展的目标。利 用先进的计算机技术、信息和信号处理技术,将变电站的一次、二次设备经过功能组 合和优化设计,对全变电站的主要设备和输、配电线路进行监视、测量、自动控制和 保护,而且还具有能够与调度通信等技术的现代自动化功能。 目前,乌兰北郊 220kV 变电站综合自动化改造已全面开展,本文从国内外综自 系统发展情况进行叙述,简述变电站综自系统的主要功能、 典型的结构形式和重要 技术指标,同时对变电站综自改造工程的设计目的、设计原则、设计依据、主要经济 技术指标、电力系统、电气部分、土建部分、暖通部分、投资估算等进行了详细的计 划和研究,制定设计方案并实施改造。 文章结合变电站实际情况,结合现场状况情况制定了相关计划措施,主要工作有 对现场老旧、破损沟道进行改造扩建,将原有的测量、控制、保护装置更改为微机综 合自动化系统。乌兰北郊 220kV 常规站综自改造工作时间跨度大,工作班组多、工 作现场复杂、工作任务紧、工作要求高,综自改造工程业主项目部和全体施工人员需 要克服多项困难,精心准备,提前着手,精益化、标准化控制工作,圆满按时完成各 项工作。 关键词:综合自动化系统;一次设备;二次设备;自动监视;保护装置Abstract II Abstract With the rapid development of automation technology, communication technology and computer network technology , substation automation has become a measure to improve the safety , reliability and stability of substation, and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance. The transformer substation of the primary and secondary equipment after function of portfolio and optimization design , the use of advanced computer and electronic technology , information technology and signal processing technology, the main equipment of substation and transmission and distribution lines, monitoring, measurement, control and protection, and scheduling communication comprehensive automation function. At present, the comprehensive automation transformation of the 220kV substation in Ulan Beijiao has been fully developed. This paper describes the development of the fully mechanized system at home and abroad. The main functions, typical structure forms and important technical indexes of the substation fully mechanized system are briefly described. At the same time, the design purposes, design principles and design of the substation fully mechanized self renovation project are also presented. Detailed plans and studies have been carried out on the basis of the main economic and technical indicators, electric power system, electrical part, civil engineering, heating and ventilation, and investment estimation, and the design scheme is made and the reform is implemented. According to the actual situation of the substation, the relevant plan measures are made in combination with the situation of the site. The main work is to reconstruct and expand the old, damaged channel, and change the original measurement, control and protection device into a microcomputer integrated automation system. The renovation of the 220 kv conventional substation in the northern suburb has a long working time span, many working groups, complex work site, tight task and high requirements. The owner project department and all construction staff of the fully - mechanized self - renovation project need customer service many difficulties, careful preparation, early start, lean, standardized control work.
