青龙寺又名石佛寺,中国佛教密宗寺院。位于著名的古都西安。该寺前身是灵 感寺,建于隋文帝杨坚开皇二年。至今,青龙寺也以它传奇的历史角色和美丽的静 谧风景吸引着众多的中外游客。由于青龙寺地理位置、环境特点以及它的文化价值, 所以青龙寺的周边极具开发价值。本文首先介绍了青龙寺的历史文化、周边环境以 及地理位置,从而提出对青龙寺周边开发的规划构思。再通过对中外多种类型的小 区进行对比,提出景观设计方案。在以上工作的基础上又对整个青龙寺周边开发计 划进行经济分析。通过前期调研、费用预算以及敏感性分析最终得出结论。寺周边 区域的规划和居住区建筑设计,注重回归自然、简朴无华。总体规划在满足日照功 能的条件下,将小区组团空间有机的结合,建筑平面错落有序,围合空间相互渗透, 形成步移景异的空间。单体平面功能合理,房间功能区分明确、开间合理,主要卧 室朝南布局,明厅、明卫、明厨、卧室的飘窗与客厅的落地景观台将室外环境与阳 光引入到室内环境中,使室内外空间有机的连为一体。大进深的封闭阳台作为阳光 室强调了户外空间的效果,并更加适应北方地区的气候条件。建筑立面风格简约、 理性,使建筑挺拔大气,并在屋顶造型设计上增加了构架来丰富建筑形体及群体建 筑天际线。建筑外墙材料考虑耐候性和耐久性为原则以湿式外墙砖为主,点缀一些 花岗岩及剁斧石使建筑长期保持较新的材质感。建筑色彩以浅砖红色暖色系为主, 局部配以白色调,热情、明快,使建筑色彩与建筑风格相吻合。室外景观与环境以 种植绿树为主,分布座椅及运动、娱乐器械,创造一个休闲、健身、观赏的室外空 间。总体建筑空间相互渗透,单体平面功能合理,建筑风格简约、建筑材料耐久、 合理、加上施工精细,使该小区真正成为一个高尚楼盘和精品小区。但又由于本小 区前期投入过大,成本费用过高。获取效益慢,所以该项目也有其不合理性。 关键词,青龙寺 精品小区 景观设计 经济分析 ii Abstract Qing Long Temple located in the ancient city xi’an is called Shifo Temple as well which is Buddhist temple mistiming in China. Qing Long Temple is developed from Ling gan Temple originally which is first built on the second year when the emperor yang jian was on the throne in the Sui Dynasty and even today It still attracts numerous tourists both home and aboard because of its historical role and beautiful scenery. Qing Long Temple is full of development value for its geographical position, environmental quality and culture, So The planning design of this surrounding development for Qing Long Temple is based on its history, culture and location, and the contract between Chinese and foreign residential area. Besides these information, The final design conclusion is also from the economic analysis, study, the budget and sensitivity analysis of surrounding development of Qing Long Temple. The central design returns to nature and simplify, making use of combination of random space with lighting function in order to have different scenery according to the changing of space. And the whole space will be divided efficiently with different functions, Such as the main bedroom will face south in order to make the interior environment connect with exterior environment efficiently for sunshine which will be more suitable for the citizens in the north area. The building shape and height become unique by adding new structures on the top of the building to indicate simplify and sensitivity building style, and the outer wall is mainly wet bricks with the material durability consideration and is chopped with axes and stone buildings for a long time maintaining a relatively new material sense. The main building color is the warming color, brick-red, partly with white color to combine the architectural color and style in nicely. The green trees will be planted mainly in the outer space environment with the reasonable layout of seats, sports and entertainment machines, leisure, fitness and viewing. A noble and exquisite residential area will be created by pervasion of the overall building, the admixture of the building functions, fashionable and simple building style, durable material and exquisite design. But because of the over cost of the beginning development and the higher cost for the further development, the project income will become less and slow.
