随着我国对石油矿产的开发,各项采油新技术的应用造成油气处理的能耗不断增 加,处理难度也逐是增大。因此有必要研究能耗分布规律,分析造成系统效率低、能耗 高的原因,提出节能改造措施,达到节能降耗的目的。本文以胜利油田陈南联合站为研 究对象,开展了站内改扩建项目的必要性研究。 本文分析了陈南联合站原油处理系统和污水处理系统的技术现状,找出了现有系统 中传统工艺效率低能耗高的原因。调水管线腐蚀严重、污水场区地域面积有限,无法满 足当前作业需要的现状。提出了陈南联合站的改造方案,在原油处理方面核算当前设备 设施的利用可行性,根据生产规模变化带来的影响,在保证正常原油脱水生产的前提下, 提出了增设脱气筒和更换高频聚结装置两大改造方案,根据计算结果进行了原油处理工 艺方案的比选,选出了更为科学合理的原油处理工艺;在陈南污水站设计方面,首先分 析了陈南站污水来源和回注指标,并确定了设计规模,提出了重力沉降和压力除油两大 工艺方案,针对每个方案分别进行了设备选型,药剂筛选,与成本计算。优选出低成本 高效率的污水处理工艺。并进行了场区设计,管线设计,投资计算与效益分析,提出了 一整套污水站建设方案。 通过本次改扩建工程的分析,改造后的原油处理系统效率明显提高,管路设计更加 合理,处理后的水质也得到明显改善。本工程实施后,可满足陈南联合站未来 10 年内 年进站液量 25659 m 3 /d,污水量 21791m 3 /d 的工作需要。 关键词:原油处理,污水处理,投资估算ii Feasibility Study Report of Chen Nan Sewage Station Construction Project Wang Fei(Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering) Directed by Professor Liu Gang and S.E. Dong Ming Abstract With the development of petroleum and mineral resources in China, most of the oilfields in China have entered into the late stage of high water cut. Therefore, it is necessary to study the distribution of energy consumption, analysis of the causes of low efficiency, high energy consumption, energy saving measures to achieve the purpose of energy saving. In this paper, we study the necessity of the expansion project in the South Station of Sheng Li oilfield. In this paper, the present situation of crude oil treatment system and wastewater treatment system in the south station is analyzed. Because of the serious corrosion of the water transfer pipeline and the limited area of the sewage area, it can not meet the needs of the current operation. The reconstruction scheme of Chen Nan joint station, in the crude oil processing by using the principle of energy balance model in accordance with the established object, design ideas are analyzed respectively in crude oil processing system of furnace and pump group and other major energy consumption. Adding the removal and replacement of high frequency pump coalescence device two big transformation scheme, and makes energy calculation and evaluation calculation, according to the results of a comparison of crude oil processing process, choose the more scientific and reasonable treatment process in crude oil; Chen South sewage station design, firstly analyzes the Chen south station the source of wastewater rejection and indicators, and determine the scale of the design, the gravity sedimentation and pressure oil removal technology two scheme for each scheme are the selection of equipment, pharmaceutical screening, and cost calculation. A low cost and high efficiency wastewater treatment process is optimized.iii And the field design, pipeline design, investment calculation and benefit analysis are presented.Through the scheme planning of the oil and gas gathering and transportation system reformation project of Chen Nan joint station, this paper gets the following conclusions: Through the analysis of the reform and expansion project, the efficiency of the crude oil treatment system is obviously improved, the pipeline design is more reasonable, and the water quality after treatment has been improved obviously. After the implementation of the project, to meet the next 10 years, the station will be the next stop in the next years, the amount of liquid nitrogen 25659m 3 /d, sewage volume of work needs.Three, gravity natural settlement plan gravity settlement time is long, stable operation, the whole process uses glass fiber reinforced plastic material, corrosion resistance, engineering investment slightly low.
