随着社会经济飞速发展,科技水平逐渐提升,人们对互联网有了更深层次地认识。 在这一背景下,电子商务已成为国民经济的重要组成部分,是市场经济发展的新动能, 一定程度上,促进行业有效整合,推动国民经济向智能和高端提升。然而,电子商务 公司物流发展存在一定瓶颈,例如,沿海地区与内地物流管理差异较大,软硬件提升 与成本控制无法有效兼顾,致使内地物流业软硬件上自动编码扫码技术,手持电子设 备,GPS 跟踪等运用进展滞后,特别是在电子商务飞速发展背景下,物流配送人员透 支严重,各物流公司待遇差距较大,物流服务态度与效率亦存较大差异等。针对电子 商务公司而言,通过设计科学的物流配送体系,合理选择物流配送模式,构建管理体 系,尽管短期影响企业现金流,但深入发掘利润点,合理控制成本,制定合理发展战 略,将会显著提升其核心竞争力,长期来看意义重大。 本文通过对作者工作单位 S 市 H 物流园区进行实地调研,并以 M 电子商务公司 为案例研究企业,通过对其物流模式选择过程的调研,结合国内外电子商务公司物流 配送模式的发展,采用 SWOT 分析法对 M 电子商务公司自营物流配送现状进行研判, 全面分析了该企业自营物流业务存在的问题,进而提出相应的优化建议。这些自营物 流优化措施一定程度上帮助 M 公司降低配送成本,提高服务质量,增强综合竞争力, 同时,期望本文相关研究结论可以为其他采取自营物流模式的电子商务企业提供借 鉴。 关键词:电子商务,自营物流,优化,SWOT 分析II M E - Commerce Company’s Self - management Logistics Optimization Research Abstract With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual improvement of science and technology, people have a deeper understanding of the Internet. Based on this context, e-commerce has become an important part of the national economy, is the new momentum of the development of market economy, to a certain extent, to promote the effective integration of industries, promote the national economy to intelligence and high-end upgrading. However, there are some bottlenecks in the logistics development of e-commerce companies. For example, there are great differences in logistics management between coastal areas and inland areas, the improvement of hardware and software and cost control can not be effectively considered. Result in the application of automatic code sweeping technology, handheld electronic equipment and GPS tracking in inland logistics industry lags behind, especially under the background of the rapid development of e-commerce, the logistics personnel are severely overdrawn,the treatment gap among logistics companies is large, and the attitude and efficiency of logistics services are also quite different. For e-commerce companies, By designing a scientific logistics distribution system,choosing a logistics distribution mode reasonably,building a management system,in the short term, though, it will affect the corporate cash flow, but in-depth exploration of profit points, reasonable cost control, formulation of a reasonable development strategy, will significantly enhance their core competitiveness, In the long run it means a lot. Based on the field investigation of H Logistics Park in S City, which is the author's work unit, and taking M E-Commerce Company as a case study enterprise, through the investigation of its logistics mode selection process, combined with the development of domestic and foreign E-Commerce Company's logistics distribution mode, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of M E-Commerce Company's self-operated logistics distribution. Through research and judgment, this paper comprehensively analyzed the problems existing in the self-run logistics business of the enterprise, and then put forward corresponding optimization suggestions. TheseIII optimization measures help M company to reduce distribution costs, improve service quality and enhance comprehensive competitiveness to a certain extent. At the same time, I hope the conclusions of this paper can provide reference for other e-commerce enterprises adopting self-supporting logistics mode.
